Very unclear about 'free'. Rather you state costs up front. Also, the absurd charge of $20 + dollars at the end of the 14 days is just money grabbing. Stop advertising it's free and just charge sustainable fees for your product. It's a good product and worth paying for. The obscured costs and penalties are just poor.

Incredibly user-friendly and intuitive app. Love all the suggestions they provide to help you fill in job descriptions -- it really takes all of the work out of it for you! And great selection of resume formats to choose from! I haven't started job searching just yet, but even at the yearly price (which is less than $100), its well worth saving yourself from the inevitable headache of putting in the time and effort to piecemeal your resume together from scratch. And the ease of being able to customize it EVERY SINGLE TIME you send it to a potential new employer without the hassle of drafting and resaving a hew word document... this is a life-saver!
