I feel that your service is very helpful. However, this was advertised as a free resume. Then, I feel as if I was tricked by your company, after I spent an hour working on my resume. I am fine with a flat rate for a limited amount of time. The most unsettling part of this situation is that your company continues to charge people after 14 days. Don't advertise free. Be clear and have a set rate for a limited amount of time. DO NOT manipulate people with your fine print after they have worked for an extensive period of time to complete a resume.

I like my experience with resumegenius better than other resume generators simply because it allows custom fields and it has a cleaner presentation.; I have tried multiple other generators and this is the best.
