Don't appreciate the FREE tactic. Free until you try to print or download it. Also extremely difficult to cancel their subscription online. Now I'll have to try to call them on Monday to cancel. I've already alerted my bank that I will be cancelling this and to watch for and deny any future transactions. Annoying tactics.
