Nice tactics to create resume, however I am unable to change certain aspects of the resume such as US for the location. That does not make the resume look uniformed. I also do not like the idea that I would continue to pay for a resume when I can simply make it one time and fix it as needed.

Its super easy to use, i love the user friendly interface. But when I went back to update some stuff on my resume after i was directed to the billing screen. It deleted all of my information except my contact. So i was forced to do the whole process over again before i could choose to purchase the subscription. Otherwise, fixing this problem would easily grant a 4 star rating!

Would prefer more color gradient options on resume. Also the resume upload was pretty clunky, I had to redo a lot of it.

The resume platform is stellar, however checking out with payment was unbelievably complicated and customer service was nonexistent. I spent an hour trying to figure out what the problem was and then had to use a company credit card although my bank card serves as a credit card as well. An email saying you'll get back to me in 24 hours after I've spent two hours making a résumé that is now going to have to be redone because I lost all of my edits is literally crazy. I have someone waiting on my résumé today.
