They advertise some free resumes and then make you go through a paywall. I was so desperate to finally finish my resume i went through with it but decided to try to use a gift card because I didn't feel comfortable. It still didn't work, and they practically push you to use a credit/debit card

Good until I realized I had to pay for all the work I just did... I would've appreciated a more upfront acknowledgement that all of this would have to be paid for. I still appreciate all the help I got from this website, but I felt I was locked into paying because I didn't want to lose all the work I did. Again, this would've been fine if it were more upfront.

It took lot of time to process payment plus I can't see the email id where I can contact you folks for any service issue or for cancellations and also your phone number is not working hence pls provide your toll free number and mail id for contacting for any service issue
