The application was fantastic. I love how easy to use and intuitive it is. However, while the application advertises that the resume builder is free, I discovered after completing my resume that to download the selected template, I would need to pay $2.95 and, after 14 days, subscribe to a monthly plan costing over $24. I would have appreciated knowing this upfront, as it would have given me the option to make an informed decision. Adding a note about these charges at the beginning would be helpful, especially for those who may not be able to afford it.

The format is good,but I thought and read that this was a free template and that no credit card would be ask,for. I am unable to download or print the results without paying for it. Very misleading,

I didn't need to subscribe or enlist in anything else. I only needed the resume and was fine paying for that. The rest of it, including calling to cancel the service was a waste of my time.
