Good resume formatting experience. They need to be more transparent and upfront with the cost. Saying that $3 is reasonable for use of the tool, they just need to be more upfront about the cost.

Design process easy but did not like that wasn't informed about having to pay to download or email before starting. Also do not like that you have to call in to cancel order.
