It's a very deceptive process, at no point during the process of choosing a template and filling out the resume is it *expressly* iterated by your website that the "free" resume will infact require a subscription to download it in any viable format aside from a.txt file.
Why bother going through the template process at the start, unless it's deliberately designed to be deceptive. While I appreciate that free trials do take a portion from the bottom-line of business as such, I don't feel good in the slightest about your service after paying $2.95AUD for a template in which I heavily edited any preset text options as they are vague and poorly written.
The real crux of the issue for me, is that I found your website through a google search for "free download resume template", in which you were in the top 5 results and seemed well put together. The whole process comes across as designed to be deceptive, as is your SEO. After my $2.95AUD 14-day (forced) subscription, I will be cancelling, discontinuing use of, and actively decrying the use of this service wherever I see reference to it.
I know that this may seem trivial and considered standard practice amongst this kind of service, but I trusted I wouldn't waste 1.5 creating a document from you using the aforementioned google search and in the end have to pay to have any kind of a usable product.
I am a contract-based Corporate Executive, and was using this service as a framework resume for a friend of mine whom is looking for work. I am active in multiple forum based communities in my same working profile, and will absolutely never recommend your website.
