I signed up and got a resume and you want me to keep an account! I cant get any help. I have sent several messages. You are not giving me control of my own resume I already paid you for. When i download I cant make any changes! I simple needed it to be tow pages and NO REPLY OR HELP! Nowhere on your site does it day how many pages I have. Its just one long page with no indication. Just side bar additions. As a resume service you would think you would ask! I needed help and STILL DO NOT HAVE a useable resume!
Overall, it was very easy to convert my existing resume into a new and improved format. I also appreciated the suggestions and prompts provided which made the process easier and very user-friendly.
