The feature to export a WORD doc doesn't work. It exported with bad formatting and didn't even fit on one page. I also don't like how you charged my card for months when I had not even logged in or used the site. Extremely fraudulent.

It is dubious to have someone spend hours working on creating a resume only to find out they will have to pay before they can download it, and it was clearly promoted on Google as free. Next time say $2.95 and I would have known what I am getting into
