I really liked the resume templates and assistance in formatting and writing key parts. I did not like that I was not notified prior that I would have to pay to download my resume or that I could not remove emails from my references.

Extremely predatory. Doesn't mention payment until you've already put so much effort in. Just mention it up front! I will be warning everyone in my network to steer clear. Also formatting options are extremely limited and I needed to fix issues on my own word processing software.
