I just discovered that for years I have been billed multiple times per month (inconsistently). I see you only keep records up to 1 year for transactions and might not be able to pull up the charges to my account that far back. Luckily, you can see right there in my account that I was recently charged on 1/13,1/15, and had another charge coming up on 1/21 per my account's billing page. I can provide my bank statements as proof beyond that. I feel completely scammed. I could have sworn I cancelled this last year but can't find the confirmation email to fight it. Not sure how I missed the duplicate (sometimes 3+) charges per month which is on me, but even more concerning is that your company might be doing this to other customers…? I'm requesting a refund for all duplicate charges between may 2023-January 2025.
