The site was pretty easy to navigate, it was a breeze. After I paid I was not view my resume. I had to contact the customer department for them to send it to me. They responded to my request in a timely manner, but when I downloaded my resume errors were popping up that I could not correct. Every correction I attempted to make caused another error. The color was missing, then the format was off and then the font changed. It was very frustrating. They did refund my fee, but what I needed was a resume that day.
