Easy to use but it said it saved to my account previously PRIOR TO me paying for it, but when I went back in, it was ALL GONE, very very frustrating to say the least... you should have a pop-up when leaving that says IF YOU DON'T PAY US NOW, IT WILL DISAPPEAR... I would have paid for it right then had I known I was going to have to type the WHOLE thing out again

$23 for a resume and having to call or email to cancel a subscription is absurd and whoever put that system in place did it deliberately to try and make it more difficult for people to cancel the service.

This alone is worth the 1 star review, adding statements like this and requiring additional feedback for low reviews will bias your results because users will be less likely to rate your service low due to the increased amount of effort required to provide negative feedback.
