I was having trouble formatting my resume, and didn't have time to wait for an email back or talk on the phone, so I was able to live chat with a representative that talked me through how to fix my problem. Even then when I wasn't able to fix it, Andres was able to go right to my resume and fix the issue for me!

Karen did her best in assisting me when I was in a tight budget constraint. Rather than having to cancel my subscription, she offered me a lower monthly cost to be able to access my resume until I found my "dream" job.
