The site was advertised as free, so I was pretty disappointed to be told I had to pay $2 to use the resume I'd created- AFTER creating it. My resume showed on the screen to be one page. When I printed it, it was quite a bit less than a page and looked unprofessional. I added some more information- causing my resume to "read" on the screen as more than a page. When I printed it again, it was not only still one page but still not even a complete page. This was a pretty frustrating issue. I was able to make a resume that served my purposes, but I don't have any raves for this company.

So I called to cancel a few moments ago and I got a customer service member named William he was probably hands down the easiest and nicest guy iv ever spoken too about caceling an account anywhere if anyone ever has issues or needs to speak to a well trained speaker I hope you get William he was the Bomb thank you brother for all your help today if you read this

I spoke with a woman named Nicole. She was extremely polite, professional and proficient at her job. I was not left waiting long in the online chat for responses and while I had intended to cancel my account, she was able to convince me to keep it at a discounted rate. She was not pushy, it's just she was really good at what she does. I believe this is the first time I have ever had the intent to cancel and then changed my mind. The website itself is a useful tool. The initial $20 was more than I wanted to pay for a resume, but then again, it's a small price to pay for a professional-looking resume.

I am retired but decided to interview for a temporary job for very good money, in the same field I had spent 28 years in. It stated very clearly that if you do not cancel after 14 days you will be charged $20. I'm a forgetful person and of course waited too long but luckily I caught it after the first payment and not the 10th. Called and talked to Victor and he was very helpful. Nice tool, just set a reminder to cancel if you dont want to be charged.
