I am really glad i got to use their service i updated my resume and my brothers resume they have nice layouts and fonts you will love playing around with their stuff also they have videos and lots of info you may need to build a resume from scratch if you are not a PRO don't be scared they will help you do it.

The site was advertised as free, so I was pretty disappointed to be told I had to pay $2 to use the resume I'd created- AFTER creating it. My resume showed on the screen to be one page. When I printed it, it was quite a bit less than a page and looked unprofessional. I added some more information- causing my resume to "read" on the screen as more than a page. When I printed it again, it was not only still one page but still not even a complete page. This was a pretty frustrating issue. I was able to make a resume that served my purposes, but I don't have any raves for this company.

I wasn't very happy to find that I had been charged 4 months for nothing but I'm happy with today's with today's outcome. The lady I spoke with was very happy and settlying when I was in a rage. I'm so poor that I just can't afford this cost. Some of it back was helpful.?

So I called to cancel a few moments ago and I got a customer service member named William he was probably hands down the easiest and nicest guy iv ever spoken too about caceling an account anywhere if anyone ever has issues or needs to speak to a well trained speaker I hope you get William he was the Bomb thank you brother for all your help today if you read this

I spoke with a woman named Nicole. She was extremely polite, professional and proficient at her job. I was not left waiting long in the online chat for responses and while I had intended to cancel my account, she was able to convince me to keep it at a discounted rate. She was not pushy, it's just she was really good at what she does. I believe this is the first time I have ever had the intent to cancel and then changed my mind. The website itself is a useful tool. The initial $20 was more than I wanted to pay for a resume, but then again, it's a small price to pay for a professional-looking resume.

I am retired but decided to interview for a temporary job for very good money, in the same field I had spent 28 years in. Couldn't find any copies of my old resumes, and it needed to be updated anyway. ResumeNow was the perfect service for my needs. Lots of great options and pretty easy to use. Updated and printed my resume a couple hours before driving to the interview. I spent $1.45 to land a job paying $45 an hour -- not a bad deal!

It stated very clearly that if you do not cancel after 14 days you will be charged $20. I'm a forgetful person and of course waited too long but luckily I caught it after the first payment and not the 10th. Called and talked to Victor and he was very helpful. Nice tool, just set a reminder to cancel if you dont want to be charged.

I have used this site for multiple resumes for myself and my family members, all of which turned out great. The service is very easy to use and understand. They have a variety of different resume templates you can chose from and pick which fits you best.
The customer service is amazing as well, I had a billing issue (that was my own fault) because I did not realize I chose auto-renewal on my billing plan, and when I spoke to the customer service representative, she refunded my money back after realizing the mistake that I had accidentally made.
