This is the worse website ever! And customer service representative was rude on top of it. They kept taking money out of my account every time I tried to access my it, and when I confronted them the offered to give me back my money if I don't cancel my account with them. In the end I had to cancel my credit card. Don't bother yourself using them

I signed up for the "free" 14-day trial that cost me $1.95. I followed all the instructions and filled out the fields required. The "Cover letter" was created the same way. The fields I filled out were ingested into a resume and cover letter of their own format, and it made absolutely no sense. Example - I never said I was a college student applying for a certain job, but that's how their cover letter read. IF that wasn't enough, their "analyst" sent an evaluation of my resume and cover letter, saying it just wan't good enough, and that I'd need to subscribe to their further service to get their "expert" advice on how to write it better! I cancelled my trial membership within the trial period of 14 days. The process was absurd! I was passed from person to person, and asked a million stupid questions. Worse still, despite the fact that I terminated my account within the trial period, they STILL CHARGED me for a full month's membership! Talk about LOUSY business ethics!

I think the site was awesome. I like the customer service rep (Juan Morales) he was very friendly and professional. However, it shouldn't take 20 mins to cancel a subscription. I was not please with that at all.

This service was the help that I needed to create a winning resume. I already had great experience but Resume-Now helped me to organize it in the most up-to-date style that really got attention. I'm someone who was living on their last paycheck without a lot of job experience or credentials... when I thought I couldn't afford their help the customer service representative made it affordable for me when I can't even afford a dollar anyhow with their help I've Gotten all kinds of responses from employers and am employed now I honestly don't believe I could have done it without them
