Great customer service cant remember the womens name that was assisting me but she was extremely helping. I was calling to cancel the service because I found a job and didnt feel the need for it anymore, and she was able to talked me into keeping the acct very satisfied with the website and the customer service.

The service is really simple and straightforward. You can cancel at any time and it makes your resume look really nice. Obviously they want you to keep paying for it so the way they format the documents is clever. Its not totally easy to replicate once you download it as a word file (trust me I tried lol). Its doable, but chances are it wont look as good. All in all, I am a fan. The customer service is really good as well. When I forgot to cancel after I found a job, they refunded me. I will definitely use their service again.
For those who complain about being billed after 14 days for a monthly charge clearly don't read well. The model of a 14 day trial and then monthly billing charges is common among a ton of businesses. Google does it with their music service when you do their free trial as well as apple. Also, if you have any questions about the service, just call or talk to a customer service person via chat. It's that simple.

Well i found the whole thing quite deceptive because it's advertised as a free service then hits you up for a fee to actually print or save your resume. Further theres a monthly ongoing fee if you don't cancel within 14 days. Then when you go to request cancellation you get the hard sell rather than a polite easy cancellation option!

Very helpful for correct format. The only thing I did not like was trying to reformat resume (bullet points) but they would not line up correctly, which caused me to recreate resume multiple times. Would be nice to have the ability to fix page breaks, layout, etc...

I contacted your office in regards to technical support and Beatrice was extremely patient in guiding me step by step on how to solve the problem. I thought the level of customer service was going to be simple tech support issues; however, Beatrice went out of her way to assist me with pointers on my resume lay out. I was appalled by this dishonest enterprise who promotes a AUD1.95 resume for 14 days. BUT beware, they will send out email that includes a small disclaimer that this payment will be converted into a monthly subscription and AUD 27.95 was automatically deducted from my card. Upon approaching the customer service, they simply told you they did inform of the charges and you can't get the refund back.

I found the tool helpful for revamping my resume, but was frustrated when I found out I had to pay $2 to download my "free" resume. When the $19.95 monthly charge hit my bank a few weeks later, I was REALLY upset. False advertising and dishonest practice.
