FRAUD ALERT! I cancelled this service after the 14-day trial and was billed 19.95 for 8 months before my credit card company caught this. I didn't receive a receipt/email for a single charge. When I called to ask about what the charges were for they would only describe their cancellation policy to me. When asked why I never received email confirmations or receipts they said it must be somewhere, their system is perfect and doesn't make errors. They refunded me two months worth. Oddly enough, an email came through once they processed the credit. At least that part of the system works! This is a SCAM!
Update: Case in point: There's the policy I referred to AGAIN (see their response)!
They still won't explain why I never received email receipts or some sort of notification that they were charging me for this. It's because I cancelled before the 14-day trial was up. The company is unethical and their service is a SCAM! Even my credit card company has identified it as fraud.

I called the customer service number and was really pleased with the experience. My call was answered right away and the employee I talked to was super helpful, friendly and genuine. I do not like how the website automatically charges you month after month without sending any confirmation emails or notices. I paid the small fee for the 14 day trial, but I ended up not applying to jobs right away and got in a terrible car accident soon after, so I did not need to use the site. I was unaware that they would charge me 20 bucks a month. I did not go on the site till now because I am finally feeling better and can start applying to jobs. I wanted to reuse the website (pay the membership), but after my experience I am a little uneasy because I don't trust the website with my banking info and a good website/product should not do that to their customers. Thankfully, the representative I talked to was kind and understanding. He was efficient, while providing more than enough information and he seemed like he really wanted to help me with my application process and getting a job. He convinced me to use the site again, but I would still like to talk to the manager.

I cancelled, not because it wasn't a great service but because I just did not need it at this moment. They gave me great offers to stay, but I am trying to be financially responsible and pay for products and services that I have time to use. I liked the small part of the service that I did use and will definitely consider using it again, if needed. I just hope they didn't charge me any additional funds- but I am sure if they do, they will correct their error.

Give the man a raise! He deserves it all! Make him a coach/supervisor! Let it be known that there is a God amongst customer service reps! He is one such. He resolved my issue fast. Was human enough to entertain my chat and help me out profoundly. I was upset that I was charged without Usage for 95 days and only got a partial refund! That is bad business on the COMPANY! I would not recommend it to anyone I know! Dishonest practise! The customer service reps are great though

So I go over the site cause I had gotten charged 25 dollars, and did not not why. Jenny was able to help me out with everything! She was such a cool person, it seemed that she really wanted to help me out. Best customer service I have ever gotten in my life. Get the girl a raise or something, she should be working at Chick fil a because of her niceness haha. Super nice and professional person!

I really appreciated the resume service. It is a step by step process thereby creating your resume as you fill in the blanks. The out put is really a top notch looking resume. When they constructed this process of creating a resume, I don't think they missed any areas. The initial resume did the job it was created for; although I did cancel since I didn't need it any longer (Monthly Fee) the did try to up sell the to be continued service, but it wasn't hard pressure. They offered, I respectfully declined and life moved along.
