I have been using Resume Now on and off since 2011. Their formating tools and abundant amount of Templates make resumes Pop with Color or streamlined simple! Im currently preparing for a Major Leaugh Role at a Epic Resort in Miami and was working on my resume on a non-traditional Sunday when i found myslef in a formatting pinch. I tried several times to correct myself so i called the toll-free number, they answered on a SUNDAY! I was blessed from a gift from God Beatriz Quevedo. It seems the issue was i was using an ipad with safari which can lead to a struggle, use google chrome if using a tablet (hint). Instead of just informing me of the operating platform glitch she logged on under my account and fixed the issue and more. World Class Customer service, Customer for life. Thank You Beatriz!

My son had not had to make a resume in a long time. You helped him make one. When his employer realized that he needed more hours they helped him in their own network. You made it easy to cancel the program.

Scam- do not use!

When you go through the process of canceling they claim that they don't get the message to cancel, charge your card, will not refund fully. I know I canceled, they claim they didn't receive the request. I truly believe they scam people to do the free trial and charge them and they will only refund part of the money. Do this to a millions of people and you will get rich fast. Customer service was not very helpful. Said there wasn't much they could do, although they were polite. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau

However, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify some information regarding our products and services. After carefully reviewing your account, we would like to clarify the charges on your bill.

When you signed up for our product on April 25,2018 you agreed to our 'Terms and Conditions' as well as our 'Privacy Terms'. Once you selected our 14-day trial enrollment, you are automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription service, which we let you know at this stage that you may cancel at any time. Also when we request your credit card information, we clearly explain that unless you self-cancel or request a cancellation you authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. After that, we attempted to debit your account since your 14-day trial expired on May 10,2018. The auto-renewal information is listed on multiple areas such as:

-Sales Page
-Payment Page
-Processing Purchase
-Confirmation Page
-Payment Confirmation E-mail

Please keep in mind that your account was canceled on July 11,2018, and your last monthly subscription charge was billed on July 05,2018. Therefore, you were billed correctly before your account was canceled. I began noticing monthly charges to my account from resume now. I contacted their customer service explaining that it was an error cause i only paid to print my resume and it wasn't a subcription payment. I was asked for my name and last 4 digits of my card and received my money back with 3 business days. Service was fast and excellent, try providing your email address and account # to the customer rep. Johnny Hernandez is one of their best customer reps. Thank you john.

I used this site to access CV templates to create a document for school purposes. I paid the "One Time Fee" of $1.95 without being aware that a monthly fee would then be incurred. I later looked back at my payment confirmation email and noticed the small print. I feel like the payment agreement was not fully disclosed during my online purchase and this was misleading. I did obtain a successful cancellation of account email and a confirmatory email for the $24.99 refund. The agent, Irwin, I spoke with was very helpful though

The representative was polite, informative, and efficient in resolving my issue.
I find it difficult to read small print on my most used device. Perhaps the 14 day trial period followed by the recurring $24.99 monthly fee could be more prominent.

Ronny was super nice, energetic and helpful. I wanted to stop the service after July 31 but he told me about a less costly option and I went for it, since it will save a lot. He also told me about a bunch of supports the program offers that made the service more attractive to me
