Since in my life situation I'm not likely to be making heavy use of your services it's good to know I have the option of keeping my account open by paying a modest monthly fee. This way I can benefit from the service when I do need it. I'm also more likely to recommend you fo family and others as occasions come up. Well and courteously explained, too.

Auto Renewal

I used the website to build a quick resume and paid a couple dollars to create it. I must have overlooked that it was set up on an auto renewal for about $25 every 4 weeks. I called and the agent was super helpful and understood my situation. She was able to refund my money for the auto renewal, but was an incredible sales person; she talked me into keeping it because of the other features of the site, like job search, etc. I actually was very pleased with the outcome of my resume - good website!

Amazing

Joseph (ID #: 847) was super helpful and understanding. There was a charge on my bank account after a 14-day trial expired, which I though was a free month. I explained why I couldn't really afford that membership right now and he was very understanding about it. He refunded the transaction and offered me the membership at a discounted price. This was easily one of the best customer experiences I've had!

Was charged a fee without my knowledge, rep said I should have gotten notification to agree to this. He said he would cancel fee and we agreed to a lesser payment option that can be cancelled any time. After a few days, still no refund and I was locked out of the site. I called again, spoke a different rep. He told me he would cancel the original charge, also explained it would take 5-7 business days for fee to show up in my account. I was never charged the lesser fee. I had also received an email for an additional discount to continue my membership and this rep honored it. I have not been on the site since that conversation, but i now see the discounted fee in my checkbook. Tomorrow I will try the site and I should see my original refund by the end of next week. We shall see. They are very good at helping you with the search factor.

I contacted chat to cancel my subscription for Resume Now. After talking a bit with Eduardo, I got the subsciption at a discount. I did not feel pressured to continue the service. I decided not to cancel because, as a person still searching for a adequate position, I may still need the service. The service itself is a really easy way to update and change a resume. In my case, I needed a targeted resume for a specific industry and a general one. This was super easy to do. I will say the original subscription price is high for what it is - and I wasn't on the service every day. I may update at a later date when I actually do contact them to cancel the service.

During my call to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, Mr. Vargas was very kind in how he spoke with me. He didn't just talk about my subscription, he asked me about my day and told me a little about where he is located, in Costa Rica. He showed how much he cared about my business with Resume-Now through encouraging me to keep my subscription by informing me of all the benefits that come with the subscription, and offering me a discount better fitting my financial needs and still providing me with a refund. I'm very happy with the service I received from Mr. Vargas.

I have been using Resume Now on and off since 2011. Their formating tools and abundant amount of Templates make resumes Pop with Color or streamlined simple! Im currently preparing for a Major Leaugh Role at a Epic Resort in Miami and was working on my resume on a non-traditional Sunday when i found myslef in a formatting pinch. I tried several times to correct myself so i called the toll-free number, they answered on a SUNDAY! I was blessed from a gift from God Beatriz Quevedo. It seems the issue was i was using an ipad with safari which can lead to a struggle, use google chrome if using a tablet (hint). Instead of just informing me of the operating platform glitch she logged on under my account and fixed the issue and more. World Class Customer service, Customer for life. Thank You Beatriz!
