Customer service was so thoughtful and considerate of my situation! They helped me figure out the perfect subscription price for me and went through a lot of trouble to make sure I was happy. My wife has been in the hospital for the past few weeks. Because of that I completely forgot to cancel my membership as I only needed it to update my resume. When I reached out and inquired about a full refund I was told no and the agent kept try for me to keep the account open when I clearly stated I did not want it. I am very unhappy with the lack of understanding or caring that was displayed. I will never use this service again and will tell my family and friends to stay away as well.

Recently, when I needed a resume I tried to log into my account and only found a portion of my information. I assumed the reason that occurred was because I was no longer being charged. A month later, I found that was not the case. There is a certain amount of personal responsibility for not following up sooner, so I did not request a full refund. Marianne Hernandez was fantastic about helping to resolve the problem and offered solutions including a partial refund and a discount on future services. I was ready to cancel the service entirely. I find the service useful, so I decided to keep it!

I thought the site itself is user friendly and the customer service is an 11 out of 10. Most businesses these days seem to want you to NOT reach them. Resume-now allows you to contact them by email, phone, or chat and they actually reply!

I was having a horrible day when I noticed that I had an extra charge. I called to discuss with Representative Josiah and he worked with his supervisor until my request was filled. He also was able to retain me as a customer by properly handling my new account with his company. He explained all the details clearly and sent everything to my email as a follow up. I highly recommend this company because they hire and train great talent such as Josiah.

I have used Resume-Now.com to update resumes over the last 2 years. It is great for creating or updating your resume. It basically gives you the framework for whichever resume design you choose and you build on that. I just needed to update my resume this last time and contacted them to see if I could get a lower rate temporarily. I contacted customer service via chat and "spoke" with Marianne, who very graciously gave me an outstanding price. Thank you so much, Marianne! I would recommend this company to anyone!
