My wife has been in the hospital for the past few weeks. Because of that I completely forgot to cancel my membership as I only needed it to update my resume. When I reached out and inquired about a full refund I was told no and the agent kept try for me to keep the account open when I clearly stated I did not want it. I am very unhappy with the lack of understanding or caring that was displayed. I will never use this service again and will tell my family and friends to stay away as well.
