I was charged for a membership that I didn't want I asked for a refund which they charged me 2 days ago. I was given back half the amount because 2 days passed and I am now calling. This is horrible and ridiculous that they keep half the amount when I didn't even use their damn resumes. I paid to get this resume for one week only and now I have been charged and cannot even get my full refund back. Horrible company horrible service. I would not recommend this site to anyone especially if you just need a resume for the time being and not on the long run. Half back for 2 days!

I was referred to this website through my college during a business class. It was extremely helpful as far as resume templates and what to include in your resume. In order to fully see your completed resume, print, or download you had to pay a small fee (a few dollars). I had no problem doing this but then tonight i saw a $23 charge on my credit card for a subscription to the site. I was not aware I was going to be charged a monthly subscription fee and when I called the man was just telling me how amazing it is and everything included no matter how much I told him I wasn't interested and wanted to cancel. He was very pushy. I wanted a refund for the $23 dollars along with a cancellation and all he told me I could do was cancel. I hadn't used the website in a month and was not charged a subscription fee initially (which to me makes no sense) nor was I informed. Overall the website did its job and I got the job but the hidden fees are not worth using it.

This website provides you with all the tools necessary to make a professional resume in a fraction of the time and with a super easy process. Thanks to them I landed a good job within a couple days!

I had an issue with my billing for the use of their service but Richard on the phone was really helpful and came up with a few good solutions for me in the end. Happy with the service and customer service. Only thing is if they could send email reminders for their billing that would be much better.

After multiple attempts to rectify an issue on my own, I was given an above and beyond effort by the staff from resume now to help me out. They were patient, resourceful, and courteous. But above all the issue was resolved entirely. Thank you for the professionalism and help!

Jonathan was amazing I had an issue with billing. It turns out that I had an older account from 2014 and that was the account that was activated. Jonathan discovered that was the issue as I already had $24.99 taken out from my banking account for my new account. Jonathan quickly fixed that and gave me a discounted price of $9.99. Excellent customer service as he was extremely friendly, professional and quick to fix my issue. I would recomend them to anyone of my friends and family! Well done and way to go Jonathan!

I had tried out Resume Now on a trial free offer for a total of 14 days. Overall during that time, I was able to build 2 resumes, which was easier that I had anticipated. The website is extremely user friendly and it actually does a lot of the guess work for you when trying to enter in certain skills sets. Normally I would format my own resumes, but I wasn't up to the challenge this time around. With Resume Now, all I had to do was enter in the names/dates of the comapny I've worked for and the site pretty much does the rest. That is appreciated.

I also need to point out the level of customer service I had received when calling the toll free number to inquie about cancellation. I had spoke to a rep named William, and he was top-notched, professional and informed. He had convinced me to stick with Resume Now, especially scince I have yet to find a job, and had advised me on ways the site could help aide with my search. That, along with the reasonable monthly membership costs had me doing an about face, and I'm now more cnfident than ever that I will land a job soon.

After several years of retirement bliss, I decided to go to work part-time. I no longer had an updated resume so I looked for templates online and found Resume Now. You simply enter a bit of information and Resume Now does the rest. It took me less than half an hour to produce the most descriptive and professional resume I ever had. I'm happy to say that the first job I applied for was offered to me. All I can say is if you are just starting your career or if you just want an updated resume, you will be doing yourself a favor by using Resume Now.

I discovered 36 charges from BLD*RESUMENOW *******348 on my debit card totaling over $800.

I spent 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue with customer support. After threatening a BBB and FTC dispute they finally located my debit card and admitted the charges were fraudulent (under a different account name).

Yet they did not refund the charges.

I was able to file a chargeback for 4 charges, but I'm still out $798.40 for the other charges from 2018/2019. I don't check this debit card account because I don't use the debit card, lesson learned. However, this company should be help accountable for not refunding fraudulent transactions.

I encourage all to never use this website as it has brought nothing but inconvenience not only to myself but many others I have spoken to with matching stories to my own. After a one of use of their facilities you are secretly signed on to a rolling monthly payment plan. They had taken almost £200 from me with no notification before I discovered this. After much back and forth they finally decided to refund me £50 that they said would take 2 weeks to come through. 3 Weeks later I had still not received it. I contacted them regarding this and they said that my bank had blocked them from my account so I would need to speak to my bank. I spoke to my bank and had the block lifted, when I told Resume-Now this they then said that a refund was not possible as the first one had been blocked. They're behaviour throughout my dealings with them has been shocking. I am appalled at the treatment I have received. I can't stress enough that no one should use them and how much I feel cheated and conned.
