Used this to create a resume and originally was charged $2.85 to grant access for 14 days and was given no notice at all that this auto renews. I was sent an email for this first charge and built a lovely resume and thought everything was fine. A month later I'm suddenly charged $23.85 to my account. They had not sent me any sort of confirmation email this time and gave me no information as to what I had subscribed to. I contacted their customer service and they said they could only refund half of my money even though I was not made aware of any charge. They said there isn't any way they can give me a full refund. Although, yes, I was given the service-they took my money without any warning, and this is 100% way for them to scam customers and take money without their consent. I would never recommend anybody give this site any sort of card information.

Please do not buy from this website and please do not let anyone you love purchase from this website. This website requires you to save your card info with no option to remove it so it can steal your money by charging you the monthly service subscription that you never asked for. I never once asked or selected the monthly service plan, but it charged my card for this service and they conveniently don't do refunds. I only ever purchased a one time item which was a resume. Nothing else. But of course since they make you save your card, they're able to charge you for anything without permission. Horrible website. You're better off making a resume on another website, or just using Microsoft word. It's more expensive to use Microsoft word but at least it doesn't steal your money.

Used for a college project, and unfortunately regretted it. Besides the formatting and technical issues, ie. Putting everything on one page, not being able to view it as a pdf until you download it for 0.25$ a page, the subscription that comes along with the service is terrible. I wish I was able to speak to the representatives and feel like they were giving me a fair price. I call to reactivate my subscription for the 3-4th month in a row paying over $20, just asking to simply export a resume and they reauthorized my card without my consent. This website is a complete scam. I did not want to sign up for the "free trial" because I didn't want to risk forgetting to cancel my membership. So instead, I chose to pay 50 Cents per resume. They sent me an email verification of the payment and I was happy with my resume. Then on December 25th, I checked my bank statement and saw a charge from this website for 23 dollars. I was really confused because I never signed up for a free trial subscription and they never sent me an email confirmation of this payment for 23 dollars. Since they were closed on Christmas, I contacted them on Dec 26th and told them of the issue.
They were rude and dismissive on the phone and said they could only give me back half of my money because it was past the 24hrs of when they took it out of my account. But they took it out on the 24th, I noticed it on the 25th and couldn't contact them because they were closed. And as I said, they emailed the confirmation of the 50 cents being taken out of my account but DID NOT let me know they took out the 23 dollars. If they had sent that email, I would have at least been able to contact them within 24 hours.
Please do not use this website. Extremely misleading and try to sneakily take money from your bank account without notifying you. I am pretty annoyed as I subscribed to a free 14 day trial just so i can download the resume i made. I just checked my bank account and i see that they withdrew $2 from my account, hence it wasn't even free. Further, i saw that they withdrew $34! From my account. I called them up and they told me that's what happens after a free trial, it turns into monthly pay if you don't cancel the subscription. Firstly... i had no idea that that is what will happen, secondly whoooo the f would pay $34 for this service! That is way too much especially monthly. Thirdly, this company should send people an email, reminding them that their trial is endings and whether they want to cancel the subscription or not, due to fairness and ethical reasons (e.
