They charged me $23 per month twice in a row (hidden subscription fee), and when I canceled, they offered me the same subscription for $3. Not very trustworthy nor user friendly

I was stuck on an island & needed a resume asap. I hadn't done one since 1998! This company has great template choices & helpful lists of suggestions based on each specific occupation. It was user friendly & efficient.
It was done in under an hour & I got the job!

Jay was able to help me resolve the billing issue. I was intended to cancel the subscription because it was within my 14 days. However, i was convinced by Jay to go for annual subscription was a better decision.

This is a great site for building a resume. My 20 year old son has been using it to create and edit his first resumes for entry level jobs. He doesn't have much experience creating a resume and his work experience is entry level. The site gives great suggestions for the skills learned/used in the basic jobs he has been doing. I haven't had to help him much at all with ideas or wording - he's getting great suggestions from the site.

I called because I was charged a rate that wasn't affordable for me. The representative found a rate that was just right for my budget while still allowing their many service options. Thanks Resume_Now!

Warning to all potential users of Resume-now.com

Be careful what you do when looking to build a resume and choose your provider wisely. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.

On October 27,2022, I bought a service that they offer for $2.85 that consists of letting me print my resume. I did it without major setbacks. For the price I paid I received my product. Satisfied so far.

But after that comes the storm. They charged me a monthly subscription that I never authorized month to month for US$23.85
All of this adds abusive charges to my account without my consent for US$190.80. All these charges are detailed in my account statement and correspond to dates that I will place in this review later.

Very courteously and as it should be, I wrote them an email, they will request to review my charges, since never, apart from the product that had a cost of $2.85, never ask them for anything else, I showed them my statement of accounts and the unauthorized charges, I asked them to They will check that I never LOGIN or that I never used any other function of their website and they only limited themselves to offering me a courtesy of $11.93 knowing that they charged $190.80. It is not fair after my allegations that they abuse and receive my money that they did not earn. I will proceed to go to my bank to take the evidence to report all those unauthorized expenses.

I have never had a similar problem with reputable companies and when I have they have used due diligence to solve the problems.

I do not recommend using this service provider and if you do or have done so, check that they do not continue to charge you without your authorization.

I used their service once and declined further subscription. They charged my credit card for two months subscription without my approval or my knowledge. This is fraudulent action.

Overall the service is good. The service they are providing for building the resume is Excellent.
I got good service for my resume building.

They have taken $34 out of my bank account without authorisation. I emailed them the second it came out and they took days to get back to me and when they did they only refunded $17 due to " the amount of days that had passed" when this was there fault? THEIFS DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU

I joined in 2016 and have requested to cancel my subscription since 2019 and even after card number and talking with my bank, they still find a way to keep charging. Avoid and try a different site

This Company is a scam! I typed "FREE Resume builder" on google and this Company came up. After taking a while and building my resume, I was charged $2.85 in order to be able to save my Resume, thinking that I would be able to print it, but I was not able to print it.
A month later I checked my account statement and there was another charge from them for $34.85, I then called them and was told that i never canceled my subscription. I told the lady that I never signed up for a subscription with them, and even though I paid $2.85 after building my Resume, It would not let me print it. Bottom line, they are scammers. They first get your card info, by making you pay a small fee to keep the Resume you just built, but no option to print, to then taking $34.85 out of your account on a monthly bases, claiming that you never canceled your subscription with them. When I asked for the money to be refunded back to my account, I was told that they could only refund half of the amount, that they did not have access or approval to refund the full amount. That only their Manager could. Which is clearly BS, thats their way of again trying to scam you by keeping at least half of your money, even though you never used that subscription service. Buyer be aware!

The product is very good and when I had a billing issue the customer service was stellar! I would recommend this company, high quality all around.
