I was able to easily put my resume together. I talked with agents on two occasions. Both were very friendly helpful and professional.
Back in March 2023 i got the free trial for resume now! I thought it would be great as im in the market to get a job. It asked me loads of questions and i felt for sure this resume would get me a job fast. My old resume did get a lot of interviews but i felt it lacked something for the types of jobs i wanted. Well after gettinh virtually no offers to interview i all of sudden started to get one or two. The employers literally told me they almost tossed my resume bc it was way too long and in depth. That no employer wants to see pages of skills and job descriptions. They said cut it down to a short and to the point set up and have different resumes for different fields and only include what is relevant to the field im applying. So after talking to multiple employers who stated the same i decided not to continue with this resume subscription but couldnt figure out where to cancel the free subscription and found no customer service number. So i emailed resume now in march 2023 asking to stop the subscription. But i never heard back and had forgotten about it. I was chargef 24$ a month since and bc i have multiple subscriptions i didnt realize resume now was the one charging me i just seen google charges. Until july 20-24 2023 i dug deeper into my financial /bank statements and seen i had been charged since march for a subscription i used one time and thought i cancelled. So i emailed resume now bc there is no other way to contact them bc i had just been charged in july 24th for 23.95. They sent a reply back stating they would only refund me 11.93 and cancel my subscription. I emailed back and again asked that i be at the least reimbursed for july 24th charge of 23.95. They emailed back saying they would onlg refund 11.94 bc of.days i used their service since being charged. But i haf contacted them the same day i was charged 23.95 and they contacted me back the next day after being charged so how is almlat 12$ for not even 1 day of the new charge? Due to the inability to communicate with a live person and the horrible services they provide stay away from this business! Indeed resume builder is way better and effective and its free!
