I was need ming a refund for subscription that I did not sign up for. I was expecting it to be an exhausting and time consuming process. They continued to charge my card even though I tried to cancel the membership multiple times. They have made their UI in a way that you will not be able to figure out that you have to call them to end the subscription. It is as good as fraud.
