I just buy the trial for 2.85 dollars. Later you cut 34 dollar from my account. When i call the support team they return me only 17.45 dollars. This is not fair. Even I don't know about it how 34 dollars cut from my account. When I saw after 5 days then I came to know. This is such a bad experience with resume me. You should give me my full money Back because I haven't used the app since last month. I was not aware what happen. This is very disappointing. I will never use this app again and never recommend to anyone.

I was trying to cancel my plan. The young man-(Joshua) i talked to did not give up. He respectfully assisted me and reassured me that I would benefit in the long run with their program and resources I needed to ensure I have a fantastic outcome. Also, I was able to renegotiate the amount for my monthly subscription. I agreed and did not cancel. That is Marketing!

I called to cancel my membership and ended up renewing my subscription. I created a couple of resumes with the help of "Resume Now" and landed a job soon after I submitted my resume. I felt like I didn't need to redo my resume anymore after that and thus made the call to cancel. The Rep I spoke with talked me into keeping my subscription for future use. He said that even my family can use the program to make their resume. He did a great job explaining why I might want to keep the subscription around for a while.
