I had purchased the 14 day resume subscription on november 12 for 1.85 and then yesterday i was billed 23.85, and it said its gonna bill me every month now, Im extremely upset that I never got an email saying it would continue my subscription and so I called the customer service the man I talked too I think his name was * was monotone and gave a disrespectful tone make me look stupid saying it was a "subscription" and that i was lucky it didn't bill me earlier, i will never recommend this place to anyone else in fact I will tell people not to use it because of its trickery and terrible subscription

I used the free trial, the site was good and the design worked well, however I decided to cancel my service before renewal as I didn't feel I needed the services still. Their shady web design made it look like I had cancelled as they place the very small cancellation button well below the main screen area even though there is a lot of room on the page and all that's visible is the subscribe options, making it look like you've successfully unsubscribed as there is no other options besides subscribing visible on the screen. This is absolutely shady business practice for no reason and cost me significantly more than I had intended on spending. 0 trust in this company at all.
