I didn't realize that I signed up for a monthly service. I thought it was a one time charge. Maria was great she explained everything to me and why I was being billed monthly. I explained to her that I'm a little older.almost 60 and just didn't catch that nor do I need the service. She was able to cancel and get me a refund. She also filed a request to get my other 2 months refunded. She just went above and beyond and was nice and professional too.

Do not use this company, you can never cancel these payments. I have telephoned 4 times to cancel, they offer a discount to stay with them that I have declined. They promise to cancel the payments but after four months the charges continue.
