I spoke with Rigo today about my concerns, and not receiving any emails about payments being taking out. He found the correct email address that I forgot I used and had me to very some details and he got the job done! He was able to send me a refund confirmation and a cancellation confirmation. Very kind tone and overall a very pleasant person, you can tell when someone guinely cares and Rigo did! Kudos to Rigo! He made my day!

The subscribing process was super easy! The resume was self explanatory and looks official. Used my resume I built on here for a job application and received a phone call the same day with an interview a week from the phone call. When it was time for me to cancel my membership I contacted the US customer service and spoke to a very nice gentlemen named Kenneth who walked me through the cancellation process.
