At first i called very angry at first about some charges made to my bank account Belmarie was able to calm me and assisted me very patiently and in a very professional way. Her way to treat me as a customer reminded me how i would like to be treated at my work as a housekeeper in a hotel and i really appreciate her kindness and patience. I am so impressed with how easy it was to create a polished, beautiful resume. I had a problem with spacing to a new page and had to call customer service. Alex quickly fixed the problem and was delightful as he did it. I called customer service a 2nd time with a question and had the pleasure of speaking with Nelson. Both gentlemen went over and beyond what I actually needed by giving me extra info about using the site. Again, everything about this process was truly amazing!

This online service is extremely misleading, it makes you think it's a one time fee of a certain amount however they go behind your back and put you on a subscription. The only pleasant expirence that I have had with this company was when I called to cancel my service, the opperator was very helpful in this process.
