Nice professional template

Your resume template is very professional and the website is easy to use. Kenneth at customer service was also very helpful. My only feedback is to make the cost of the service more clear. I thought there was a one time fee, not reoccurring monthly. Overall a great website.

Mixed bag.

The website was nicely set up, but was slow in connecting on more than one occasion. There were some glitches in getting text transferred from the sample to the resume.

The customer service representatives were really nice and helpful. There were two who helped me (Alexi was one). I was very satisfied with their abilities and attitude.

This is a good resource for those looking for a new or better job.

This company runs like this: 1) you sign up for a 2 week subscription for a couple bucks. 2) you don't realize that when you pay for the trial it automatically enrolled you in a $39.99 monthly subscription 3) they keep charging you every month and send no emails about your subscription (out of sight out of mind) 4) they wait for you to catch it and give you a partial refund when you call customer service.

It is "hidden fees" at its worst. Most do not catch that you are enrolled in a monthly subscription. Companies dont run like that anymore because the costumer satisfaction fails to be the most important commitment to the company. I hope LiveCareer will change this and become a great company I know it can be!

Hello Benjamin, we truly thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are very sorry that you feel this way about our membership options At Resume-Now. The following serves as a guide which may clarify any doubts you may have regarding your account. Our initial subscription of 14 days access allows the client to have full access of all the features available for a small fee. Thereafter is a monthly subscription after the 14 days access is over. When you select one of our 14 days enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.

We apologize for any confusion this may have risen. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns regarding our products and services.

Great Service however, very expensive

I canceled my resume now account a few months before today's phone call. I was still being charged up on calling I was connected with somebody almost instantly. Along with the quick response the customer service rep I was speaking with was extreme helpful and very nice. I was able to have my money refunded and able to cancel the account during my phone call. The representative was very understanding and seemed to genuinely want to help me with my matter.

I had done my resume on-line because I did not have a program for it any longer. I was very pleased with the formatting and spacing. I had no problems cancelling the auto-renewal. It was accomplished easily with one phone call. The customer service technician was quick and capable.
