I didn't read the fine print, therefore got charged monthly for 7 months. I was willing to pay the 39.80 for help re writing my resume. The site seems to feed off people looking for help that are too busy to check every transaction being takin out of their bank account. Not only would I not recommend this site to anyone, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Please watch out for these scams.

I hated that in order to save or print my resume I had to pay. Yes it's a small amount but expensive when you say something is free. However I have to say that the customer service is phenomenal and if I have to do a resume I will most likely use this builder again as it is easy and it's not often that I've had customer service exceed my expectations. If the site truly was free or was honest from the beginning about costs to print or save I would have given five stars.

I signed up just to make 1 resume but customer service was so nice and friendly I had to stop and ask if I should cancel my service or not since they do way more then just resume thanks for a great service team

The templates are great and easy to use. The initial web greeting says it is free then it goes into creating your resume. At the end you will find payment information. Which you will have to pay to even access the infoation you spent the last hour working on. If you choose to pay the next problem is trying to figure which web cite to use to even go back to your product. The login page is hard to find.
