The site was overall easy to navigate, and helped me create a very strong resume. I tried to cancel my membership months ago by sending several emails, but I never received anything back. Later on, I called and was greeted immediately. The girl I spoke to was very polite and answered all my questions. If it weren't for her and the convenience of the website, I would have only given two stars. Note to future users: if you want to cancel your subscription, call them instead of emailing them!

I had intended to unsubscribe pretty immediately but couldn't figure out how, so I sent an e-mail inquiring. A while later a charge to my bank account had been made for my subscription so I called customer service and explained the situation and they were able to give me a refund because the charge had just been made! You obviously put it in the 'fine print' and emails you know no one ever reads. Labeling the option 'unlimited 14 day' access instead of '14 days then a trial for $20/mo' is misleading for the purpose of getting at least $20 extra from everyone who uses your site. It's a good thing I checked my credit card statement or you would have just kept on charging it!
Also, you give no option to see the fees or plans before actually using the site, marketed as a 'free resume builder.' Very misleading. This is a misleading sales tactic. I will never use your services again.
