The making of the resume was fine. Pretty straight forward and quick. The main issue is that I thought I signed up only for a month but unbeknownst to me it kept billing my credit card each month. Also to cancel you have to email or call Resume-Now. That said, when I did call to cancel the person was very helpful, professional, and friendly.

The first call: The gentleman could not find my email address and I didn't have the appropraite charge card to tell him the account #. He asked me to call him back.

I didn't have any problem creating the resume. The issues I had came when I tried to send my resume to an employer. The asked me to resend the resume as it did not print correctly. I tried to print it myself and found it to be unreadable as well.

Although I was annoyed when I realized I was being charged monthly for a service that I signed up for for $1.95 (who would pay $10/week on an ongoing basis for resume building?) the service I received from the gentleman on the phone to cancel was great. He did not pester me with reasons for cancelling or try to get me to change my mind, he was as quick as he could be with a very slow system and very polite and friendly.
