I noticed what I thought was an unauthorized charge at first. I notified my credit card company immediately and then searched for reviews about Resume now on line. I found all kinds of negative reviews and some helpful ones. I called *******484 to dispute the charges and was taken care of within 2 minutes! No hassles. I was given a thorough explanation and verification of getting refunds. It turns out they did in fact notify me in the beginning and realized I need to make sure to read the disclosures. I will come back someday to use more of the products because
