I found the website inflexible as far as moving things around on the resume and unable to add different categories. Also misleading is the 14 day trial for $1.95. I was charged the full amount. Difficulty in getting refund.

Enrique Yero was very polite, quickly understood what my problem was, suggested immediately the solution and quickly provided feedback after immediately checking back with his supervisor. Would be great everyone would treat customers that professionally like he did. I've received as well the immediate confirmation via email describing what we discussed, so really perfect!
