I signed up with them back in October 2023. I canceled it in November 2023. They have charged me every month since. I have contacted them several times, but they will not refund my money, even though I have an email from them that proves I canceled it back in November. Beware of this company.

My wife and I have no idea how we subscribed to this, and now have been charged for their basic plan for quite sometime. The say its free, then in the very fine print, it will auto subscribe unless you unsubscribe from their service. Here is their catch, there is no way to do this on the website. Your trapped. The only way out is if they respond to your emails, which they have an aversion to answering. We contacted them twice, and the first time they wanted proof of auto charges in bank accounts. Then when we sent email with all the proof, we got crickets. No answers, no appologies, no refund no nothing. We have to cancel our credit card to get out of this mess.

Used Resume Now to make a resume and paid a one time fee. I did not know that they automatically sign you up for a subscription costing $23.85 ever 4 weeks. By the time I got my credit card statement, I had been charged 2 times, and I was charged a 3rd time 3 days before I called to cancel. They would only refund half of the 3rd charge and told me that people are calling all the time with this same complaint! Do NOT use this site! A complete rip-off!

The "tools" at this site are really not much above what you can do on your own if you are even moderately proficient with MS Word. But the point of the site is to get your credit card number and billing authorization, because in the fine print, this is a monthly subscription for $24/month - which of course, is silly. No one knowingly subscribes. The punchline is, when you call India to cancel, the pretend to cancel - but don't. The only way to cancel is to cancel your credit card.
