I have a Windows 10 blue error message. Restoro claimed they would help me fix this issue.
Still not fixed after their scan. Waste of time. I demanded a refund whilst on the line as I sensed it was a scam. Refund was refused.
Technician on the call tried to sell me more software £149.00 worth initially to help fix all of the other apparent issues.
Don't waste your time or money with them.
I managed to get rid of my blue error message by completing a system restore without their help and removing their software as a consequence.
I'll be getting a refund through my payment provider.

My initial contact with Restoro required 4 online visits for them to cure one of my problems They created a new one by installing a MacAfee virus protection software that was SO strong I couldn't open any documents of any type from my own e-mail account. Since then, every time I want a new appointment with them, they ignore (never call) and then set up another appointment by notifying me by e-mail. After my initial disappointment with them, they were supposed to cut 60% off of my subscription price but they lied and it never happened. They never missed a step of trying to get me to buy hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of protection that they never intend to fulfill.

Restoro responded to my query through their website. Spent well over hour fixing/restoring email and computer, in general, to working order. Technician was a good communicator, patient with my questions, and it would appear quite knowledgeable. Email problems - with MS Outlook -- have not reoccurred since the January repair. Signed up for a 3-year service contract, very expensiveat $499, almost as much as the desktop itself..

I did not get the results I expected with the program. My computer was soooo slow and did crazy things afterwards. I talked with someone who I had a problem understanding and insisted I wanted a refund. For some reason, my refund was only $250 after paying $500. I still do not understand why.

Purchased the restoro app but was transfered to an agent for activation but was put through an analysis of my laptop which I thought was part of the service. They then tried to get me to purchase a scan and repair of the PC which I turned down after a very push sales agent tried her best to get me to proceed. After that I was not only charged for the restoro app but also for the analysis of my PC which I never agreed to and which never was done. Very scammy operation. Would not recommend.

All I needed from support was for them to show me where to enter my key code after my purchase. That turned into a 45 minute upsell. Never found out wherever enter my key and angered me so much that I asked for a total refund on my original purchase. Unethical business practice in my eyes.

Installed program. At the point where the system boots up at the end of install the laptop goes to a blank screen. Can't even go to safe mode.

I did not get the results I was hoping for. My computer is still running slow, I did not get the item I was calling about in the first place. I have had 3 sign on notifications from Microsoft, Amazon and Pay Pal. They range from cities in the US to Poland, Switzerland and Seychelles,
It was pretty high pressure sales to get you to buy "their expertise". I feel like I was suckered into their program and am not happy.

It will scan your files, create an outgoing log, then ask you for your activation code. DON"T DO IT
I suggest doing a Restore and a reminder to never install anything without setting a restore point.
This thing seemed to have attached itself to the Adobe Tips.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! Scanned my computer, it said I needed to pay a fee to repair it so I did the one time repair, the agent remote into my computer then proceeds to tell me my computer needs $250 worth of repairs and when I told her no way the Agent, Fhannie hung up on me! To top it off it didn't fix the original reason I purchased it!

I paid my 40 ish dollars spent an hour on the phone and all this guy did was handle me... to keep me on the line I never let them talk to me about any more money and I got fed up with nothing changing after a full hours on the phone. I purchased one time package, performed scan, then was asked for product key which I have never received. Contacted company but have had no response.
Tried the online product key recovery but got a message "Customer not in our data base" even though it was charged to my checking account through PayPal on Oct. 23rd.
