Though I have ordered paper products from ReStockIt for over a decade, the last two times I placed an order there were complications with shipping. Boxes never arrived. But ReStockIt always responded quickly to my inquiry/complaint, re-sent the order, and boxes arrived within 3 days.

Karen quickly got back to me regarding the tracing of a delayed shipment. She told me when it was scheduled to arrive and indeed it did arrive on schedule as she indicated. Restockit is a first class company in this more and more challenging industry, with a great sales-and-customer-service staff from Adam (in the old days) now to Harold, and now to Karen.

Will have to order again to find out how the next order goes.

Finding product I need is simple and delivery is quick

I have used this company for several years. But I had an issue with a product last time I ordered and they refunded all of $10. Then I placed an order two weeks ago, and when I checked there was no tracking information available. So I called customer service, and the agent told me that because of past problems with my orders, they would no longer do business with me, and he then hung up on me! So the lesson is, whatever bad service we give or faulty products we sell, that is all you can expect, and if you so much as complain, we will cut you off and do it very rudely!

I placed an order on March 13,2020. The amount of $187.34 was processed through my credit union account that same day. So far, I have not received a verification email or the order. Company is now only accepting email communications. As a result, I doubt that I'll be receiving my order or refund. Please, take the time to read other reviews where customers had the same or similar issues with this company. I wish I had read them before placing an order.
