This was the worst shopping experience EVER! Took my money and did not give me the product. Tried to talk with customer service rep. She refused to help or let me speak with someone else. Then lied to me regarding what they would do. Ridiculous. Absolutely awful.
I found several cross stitch kits at amazingly low prices here, so I decided to place an order. After I placed the order, I received an order confirmation email, but waited one week to contact the company as they hadn't sent a shipping notice. After a strange phone call to them (the rep, who was coughing profusely on the phone, said the system "was down" and would have to call me back), things were eventually sorted-out and I did receive the items I ordered. The items are in perfect, new condition and I'm very happy with them. Not sure I'd order from this company again, however.
The picking up phone by a representative who was coughing is not a sign of bad service. I am glad that you received order that is utmost important

My order never showed up. After a few weeks I contacted them, that when I tracked the order it was not moving from their area. They did reply to my email and we tried to reorder but ended up canceling it and refunding me. Not sure if I will try them again.

I was so happy to find a skein of discontinued yarn that I needed to finish a knitting project. At first I was afraid I would never receive the yarn, because I wasn't aware of this web business. The yarn came as promised in perfect condition. I would use this e-business again. There may have been a third party involved in the shipping because I was unable to track the order thru each stop, thus I was very happy when the order showed up.

The History- You mentioned that out of 15, you received 4 and 11 were missing. Additionally the problem has been reported after a week and not same day. I mentioned share the outer packaging and shipping label. You told you threw it. I checked our scans all 15 quantities were righfully sent. If you would had provided proof I in writing mentioned mulitple times will get it investigated. But you did not provide any evidence. I respectfull told I am unable to assist. My asking proof was valid and not disrepctful.
