Very unprofessional and false advertising

My experience with customer service:
They change one promo code for another instead of applying the 2 promo codes that my offer qualified for
They were advertising bogo promo and if you ordered $150 you qualifies for free shipping my order was $211 and they didn’t honor the free shipping charge me $25 and when i emailed them they gave me 6.95 credit to make the discount match $25 shipping charge but then the bogo credit was removed that is false advertising
