I am happy with the product I ordered, however, I thought it odd that the five spindles that you shipped me were shipped individually in five separate packages, whereas all five could've fit in one. A waste of money in shipping costs if you ask me.

There was a discrepancy in the photo in the Restockit online Catelog and what I was sent. After one email, they agreed and made it right.
FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE FAITHFULLY PURCHASED MY PAPER PRODUCTS AND OTHER SUPPLIES FROM ReStockIt. DURING COVID WE ALL CUT BACK. BUT JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I PLACED MY LAST ORDER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU SHOWING HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAD. WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND TRIED TO USE THE POINTS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. NOW IT SHOWS ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT ORDERED. DISAPOINTING NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THOSE REWARDS AFTER TAKING YEARS TO EARN.
Initially reached out to CSR for assistance in setting up an account. Karen Katz contacted me the next day and set up the account with our tax exempt status. When I experienced a glitch with the order, Karen again phoned and placed the order for me. The level of customer service from beginning to end was exemplary.
