This is the first time iv ever really felt the need to write a review about something as i was a bit nervous because of all the other reviews out there. I ordered a pair of shoes from america that wouldnt ship internationally so i decided to use reship anyway and found everything went according to plan. I got great email communication before my item arrived at my address (i emailed them first but response was within 24hours) the day my item arrived at my reship address i got an email. And within 24hours of paying my shipping fee (i used DHLs 2-5 buisness day shipping) my shoes were on the move (shipping from my Portland address to New Zealand). I received my shoes within the time allocated and the tracking number provided worked in excellence also. Definatly gona use my reship address again if im ever in this situation again. I ordered a large amount of items to Reship.com, around 50 items. Everything appears to be received at reship.com, but their system refuses the payment. After several days of waiting for their support, I receive this:
"[...] provide us with a photocopy for your government issued ID card, along with a photo copy of the front and back of your credit card and a utility bill listing your current address."
I will definitely not send my passport scan to a company I suspect is a scam. Considering reporting the items as stolen.
Hello, We're sorry about the recent experience you had with our company. Because we ship world wide and deal with many different currency's we have installed a fraud protector payment processor. If all details in regards to your billing address do not match exactly the payment method declines. To verify this we ask for you to send in a photo ID along with something (utility bill) verifying your billing address to the one on our account.
They kept my package because they didn't understand what it was, I consider it theft but can't do much from Australia. Seriously don't use
Disappointing experience. Decided to go with them after reading review (with answer from the owner) saying it costed them only 10$ to reship and it was said like it was usually really cheap. I tought it was odd but figured the ymight have some kind of shipping deal. I had a small portable gaming system with the dc converter shipped to them that usually wouldn't cost me more than 15$ to ship to Canada. When it arrived there, I realized they only use very expensive shipping option and I couldn't get my package shipped for less than 30$ which is more than the price of the item. They told me that they can repackage it for a 7$ fee and that it wouldn't be charged if they couldn't reduce the size considerably and that way it might be possible to ship with regular USPS. I then thought it would make more sense to order something else considering I was going to lose so much on shipping anyway. I then ordered a bigger box with 2 gaming console and another portable gaming system. It arrived and the cheapest price to ship was over 40$. I figured if I consolidate, they could just fit the smaller item in the extra space of the bigger box and only pay shipping once. They consolidated it for 7$ and now the item shipping fee climbed to over 60$ with USPS (only way to have chance to avoid duty and tax). Otherwise there was a 43$ UPS shipping which would be ok but considering reship 5$ processing fee per package (because it is still considered 2 package) and the 7$ consolidation fee without mentioning the original shipping to USA on top of the classic UPS overcharge on brokerage fee and duty, this is not worth it. And the thing they said about not charging the 7$ if the package couldn't be significantly reduced is not what it seemed. Apparently, removing the fee mean de-consolidating the order again and ship them individually. They also take a while to answer. In the end, it is only worth using this service if you have a very rare or hard to find item that can only be shipped to the USA and you really don't want to miss it. Otherwise, this is not worth it and it was an expensive lesson for me.

I believe this company www.reship.com is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! They accept your parcel but won't let you get item reshipped. They do not respond to emails, now on last try the email server is "Apparently" not working nor is the section where you want reshipped to. Thankfully I only tested them with a very small and cheap item but that hardly is the point. Reship either get your act together or send my item back to Amazon immediately so I can get refunded. I'd rather use a trustworthy site that will get BIG BUSINESS from me. Your loss Reship!

Like Liam V, I too registered yesterday, paid my registration via PayPal, and was able to log into my account. All subsequent attempts to log in have failed, the password reset facility has not sent me the temporary password it claims to have, I have had no reply to my emailed request for help, and I can't call the published 1-800 phone number because I'm in Australia, not the USA.
Unfortunately I bought an item on Amazon and specified my ReShip address before I realised that my ReShip account appears to be vapourware, so it seems I will not only lose my $5 registration but probably also my $60 item as well.
Come on guys, this is basic stuff.
1) Ensure your web site functions as advertised - if it's meant to send emails, make sure it does!
2) Reply to customers looking for help. Nothing p!$$es people off faster than being ignored when they have problems. Presumably you make money from people using your service... if it's unusable people won't use it and you go broke.
3) Publish a REAL phone number that overseas customers can call - you are after all targeting non-US customers, so give us a number we can actually use!
Edit: As of today (30 Jan) the password reset now appears to be working. I've been able to log in to my management console now. Still no reply from ReShip though to my various pleas for help.
Edit 2 (25 March): It seems that there was an email system failure at ReShip - hence the lack of system-generated emails or responses to enquiries. Once I was up and running I did eventually get my item. On the positive side, they attempted to repackage my item to reduce its size (and hence shipping costs); it didn't actually materially affect the price so they didn't charge me for the repackaging. Thumbs up on that. Also positive was the USPS delivery - only took around 10 days from dispatch USA-Australia, pretty happy with that. Negatives - it took around a week of emails back and forth to get them to do what I asked for, which was a lot of unnecessary delay given that my initial instructions were pretty clear. After asking four times I eventually got an international phone number (not the 1-800 number on their web site which I can't ring)... of course by then it was too late. I see this number is STILL not published on the web site.
So - positives: I got what I paid for, and ReShip's charges were reasonable; negatives: the system failure was unfortunate and hints at poor infrastructure, and administrative delays were unacceptably long. On balance, I would probably use them again.

They received my order over 2 weeks ago and i paid over $60 AUD for reshipping to Australia as the shipping i paid says it will 7 to 10 days to arrive. They still have not shipped and I am still waiting for my order. Which i need to arrive next week Friday at the latest as they were snow boots and I will be leaving for Japan then

Very unhappy just registered yesterday and made successful payment for service from my PayPal account. All seemed good and I was logged in automatically after making the PayPal payment. Strangely in the registration process I was not asked to provide a password and assumed that they were going to send me an email after registration to setup the password, but I have received no emails from them. After logging out I was of course unable to log back in with a password.
I then tried their password recovery feature which recognises my email address successfully and states they have emailed me a temporary password but I received no email from them. I have contacted their customer support but 12 hours later still have not received any response from them.
Now wish I had read these reviews first.

I use this service for more than one year now, only when no other way to purchase directly from online vendor. The service, seems to me, got worse only, especially with reshipping delay, for instance last two items I bought, November and December just before holidays, took one week just for the item to show in my orders available to reship, ie one week after the shipment showed as delivered by usps. It can also take a while for the order to be actually shipped when you signed it off on their website.
Another big issue, at least for me, reship.com doesn't offer any service for returns/replacements/rma, so you are charged again for import fees on RMAs.
As always I advise to use this service only when no other domestic alternative exists and then only when either: you don't care about warranty as that can be quite expensive or you are sure that your local service provider can take care of your product under warranty (most often they don't).

Stay away. I ordered 46 items. I called like 20 times and no one would help me. I consolidated my items and they all disappeared. I am planning to involve law enforcement as you are dealing with straight thieves. No one helped me. I e-mailed and called constantly and my products just disappeared, they charge any credit card on file. Be very careful and very wary.

I received a set of rechargeable lawn mower batteries damaged and unusable. These came form Home Depot and there was no protection other than a single walled cardboard box. This was shipped by UPS.
I also ordered an 8" chef's knife which Reship refused to forward to me. They were helpful in assisting in the return to the vendor (which I had to pay in order to get my refund) though. I don't understand why a kitchen knife over 6" long is prohibited by Reship policy. I have since found the exact same knife in stock in Canada and have ordered it (with free shipping). In Canada we use many carving knives etc longer than 6" (we are a barbaric lot). I suppose American turkeys must be smaller than our Thanksgiving day monsters.

I just had an awesome experience using these guys i had 5 monitors shipped to their facility and then consolidated into one package and shipped to my office in canada and everything was pretty much as advertised. I don't know if your milage may vary with their quality of service but i know i'm happy so far and the young lady from their customer care dpt on the phone told me exactly what to expect and they delivered. Not a single dollar more than what's on their main page. An overall repeat experice for sure.

Once you set up an account with Reship.com, you are able to use your unique US address to purchase goods from different vendors who will only ship within the US. You can use this address as your shipping address when ordering with an online vendor. As long as your name and Suite number are correctly entered on your package when it arrives in our warehouse, it will be automatically received into your account. You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been received. You will then need to log into your account and update the item descriptions and values of your package. Once this information has been updated you will be given the option to "Ship this Package". You need to click on this and it will walk you through the process of selecting a shipping carrier and submitting payment. Once we receive confirmation that you have paid for this shipment it will be reshipped from our warehouse to you. I hope this information has been helpful for you.
I have made my assisted purchase and paid for it through Reship. Since that, there is no response from Reship and my purchase was over 1000 dollars. I called the company for asking what is happening with my order but they said they do not deal with assisted purchase and gave my an email address. I live in the US but travel abroad for months at a time and I often need products shipped to me. I have usually relied on family and friends to ship me everything from video games to laptop batteries. Reship is perfect for me and the price is extremely reasonable for shipping. It is especially useful for getting medications which I will never buy overseas as I think they are all contimated or fake. I am glad reship finally exists.

The worst customer service ever and a poor system! We had about 10 deliveries per week every week to consolidate and ship back via Reship. But Reships system was just too hard and slow, it should be one step to consolidate and book to ship, but it takes days they way they set it up, you have to go though multiple steps each taking a day at least, they have just made what should be a simple service too difficult. If you have lots of deliveries or need things quickly, go elsewhere. We used MyUS for 12 months previously, and then tried Reship, hoping it would be better and or cheaper, but reship was a nightmare and more expensive. Dont go there if you need consolidating every week. If we then had an issue, their staff became downright rude, or ignored you, but they dont stop charging fees like wounded bulls! Each week they held equipment worth thousands of dollars and our last shipment they made it super difficult to remove it, 4 weeks later we finally got it out of there. Only after we actually threatened to get the local police involved did we get some reasonable responsiveness. What a joke, my tip never deal with Reship! Try MyUS or another supplier.

Paid $5 for membership. Then paid another $5 for processing the shipment in addition of the $33 for shipping to Canada. Finally ended up paying another additionnal $54 in brokerage fees for the package. They said the brokerage fee should be $10, but weren't able to even try to have the freight company revise their fee nor did they compensate for the difference. This has just been a total mess dealing with them and the freight company from the beginning. Just stay away from them.
