I have researched a lot of freight forwarders in the US. Then, I chose Reship.com among them. I have used its service several times and there is no trouble at all. It has many shipping methods and can ship a package worldwide. Some people are not satisfied with it. I guess some complaints are user's misunderstanding. Please refer to the FAQ on the web site or contact the customer service team. They will solve the problems.

APPALLING LACK OF SERVICE!
Can we give negative stars? Dreadful, dreadful customer service.
I emailed them to inquire about shipping perfume to NZ, and was told yes but only if under a certain size. I then purchased a perfume gift set, within their guidelines, and thought no more. At the time I was also told they were working towards being able to ship nail polishes too, and was left with the impression they were working towards being able to ship additional items in the future.
The parcel was delivered to Reship but not logged into my account until I queried where it was (after checking out the tracking information from the seller). The parcel had been with them some time (i. E. months) and never logged into my account. They then took their time to say they couldn't ship perfume, I replied saying the only reason I purchased was because I was told I could. They didn't care. It was not their fault I had been told that (WTF?!)
I had to return the perfume gift set (at my cost, plus their service fee) and ship the remaining items to myself in NZ.
I received my parcel of the other items to find they had split the gift set apart, and sent the perfume back to Nordstrom, but sent the moisturizer from the gift set to me. This means no refund for my purchase, and further complications.
I went to track the perfume return, which had not been received by Nordstrom yet, to see the address they listed as being used to send the return to was my ** NZ address**. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, it will not arrive in NZ, of that I have no doubt.
When asking for a refund of their charges I was flatly refused.
APPALLING SERVICE! STAY WELL CLEAR!
I have used them for over 110 parcels to date, but no more! Their service used to be good, but about six months ago (April 2014?) something changed and they now overcharge for shipping, are getting everything wrong, and do not accept any responsibility for their constant errors.
DO NOT USE RESHIP.COM --- it is not worth the pain! They are appallingly bad and do not take responsibility for their mistakes, but simply charge you more to fix their problems
Bought a pair of shoes from Dillards and used Reship to have it shipped to me here in Sydney. It came on time and the package seemed to be in fair condition.
I only had a little problem with the service fees but I suppose it can't be helped! Paid $100 to get my shoes shipped here which is pretty damn pricey but oh well!
I've read some reviews about Reship here and there and it seems that they use some sort of 'scheme' where they close your accounts whilst your package is being shipped there due to 'suspected illegal/fraudulent activity' and they'll either ask you to give your personal information such as 'the back and front of your credit cards,' your passport details and etc. which is a little worrying since I'm using their services now to buy a pair of pants from a boutique over in the U.S...
I've had a fairly good experience with Reship but I'm a little worried they'll pull this scheme on me. Hopefully all goes well!

Please be advised the only time a account is deactivated and identification documents are requested is if our payment processor has a fraud concern with the account. As you have completed previous payments through our company with no fraud concern there should be no issues with processing your future payments. I have been a reship.com customer for several years
In the past 6 months the service has deteriorated drastically
They have very limited hours to contact by phone
In the morning us time often dont answer
I had to wake up in the middle of the night to

Fistly they shipped me an incorrect book and refused to take responsibility at all and gave me the runaround
They agreed to ship me a blu ray drive that i had bought and not remove the protective packaging
When i received the box, not only had they taken the drive out of all of its packaging, but they put the drive at the very bottom of the box, which is complete foolishness.
They should have known better and packed it in the middle where there was a lot of padding
I asked them to apply fragile stickers, but they said that they didnt have-would you believe it?-
A remailing company that doesnt have any fragile stickers!
They were not interested in sorting out my problem fairly
They applied a 7 dollar credit to my card for a drive that cost me 175 dollars by the time i received it
Owing to the way the drive was shipped, i cannot be completely confident in its suitability for use as a data archiving device
Reship very selectively answered my emails and when i got up at 12:30 at night in my country, to phone them, i spoke to somone called maciej, and spent more than half an hour pleading my case. He promised that i would have a constructive response by the following morning
I received no response!
Reship used to be quite good in the past
They have deteriorated dramatically and it is my civic duty to make the broader public aware of these problems to obviate potential misery for the customer
This morning i woke up and received an email that my reship.com account has been deleted,
Do business with these rogues at your peril
Rather use myus or another reputable company
I wouldnt wish reship.com on my worst enemy.
Dealing with them has been profoundly stressful and indeed quite traumatic
Bottom line: avoid this company like the plague

For your reference our phone lines and email systems are open during this time frame and there should be no problem contacting us by phone or email during these hours. When looking into the recent issues you have had with these two shipments it seems the problems have been brought up to management team and dealt with accordingly and compensation was offered. I had only joined reship last week on 15th December hoping to ship some items from Amazon to Brunei because. I was initially very excited because I thought finally I can get something cool for my family for Christmas... But items were only shipped out today and it is already 23rd December my time. I had first emailed to express my concern and stating it as Christmas but Kate had just responded in a computer manner indicating it will be done ASAP. That is basically a fraud and codling naive customers without providing and firm commitments. Unless no other option, I would refrain from using reship anymore. I have to pay almost $190.00 just for the shipping charges but yet I get no proper services except for some computerized responses.

Once the goods are delivered to our warehouse we would notify you of the delivery within 24 hours then it would be up to you to log into your account and initiate shipping to your chosen location. Rude, Unhelpful, confusing. After consolidating five items a sixth item had arrived. Tried to consolidate the sixth item. The process was so lengthy I decided to just ship the original five as I wanted before Xmas. After Payment was made I receive an email that the sixth item had been added to the other five, even though they had shipped. Via several E mails, reship just couldn't understand. So I phoned Resip, I was spoken to extremely rudely, talked over the top of and then hung up on! Unprofessional.

After creating an account with all myinformation including credit card I was informed i could start using my account immediately. I placed an order to be shipped for Christmas only to be informed by email that my account was deactivated. See below...
"... we will need to verify your information in order to have your account reactivated. Please provide us with a photocopy of your government issued ID card, along with a photo copy of the front and back of your credit card and a utility bill listing your current address. Once we have this information we will forward it to our Payment Processing team for review. "
I have never been required to provide this kind of verification before.

Totally Overpriced! I ordered 2 pairs of slippers from Amazon for 25$ each. Once received, I had no info on what was received so I jumped in my Amazon account to see what was at "Shipped!" status and both of my parcel was in that state. So I assumed they received both so I decided to proceed with the reship... The lowest option was 27$ + 5$ for the service. I felt like it was some serious rip off and swear to god that it was the last time I use their services. 4 minutes later I received a mail telling me that my second parcel was received... I quickly jumped on my account to cancel the first shipment (that didn't ship yet) and the option was nowhere to be found. I then sent a message asking to cancel the shipment with no response. After a couple of hours I received a shipment notification... well! No other choices than to proceed with the other shipment... And ONLY then I received followed by an email telling me that "Unfortunately, upon looking into the orders on your account, it has been brought to our attention that payment has already been submitted for each package to be shipped separately.".
Now, my packages are held by UPS and they are asking almost 15$ brokerage fees for my parcels. In the end I'm paying around 200$ for 50$ worth of slippers.
I took the time to came here and write a review just to avoid people doing the same mistake as I did. Never use their services except if they are your ONLY way to get your stuff (and it better be worth it because you're gonna pay... a lot!)

If you are shipping more than one item we do offer a consolidation service where you may combine your orders for shipping so you can pay one shipping fee rather than each individual shipping fee. If I click the link to allow Reship to unpack my small 3lb leather purse I now get charged another "small $ 7.00 fee" for that service! And only THEN do I get to see the new shipping rates for my little item... which I just bet won't be much lower than what it shows as now. Good little scam there.
If I could get an estimate on the "new shipping cost" after the original packaging is discarded by Reship, before I actually click the link to request that service, then I would be able to compare the cost and see if it is even worth it.

I purchased a medium size, pre-owned vintage leather handbag (weight was only 3 lbs) from a seller who didn't ship to Canada.
With dimensions of 17 x 14.5 x 6 inches, these were my shipping options according to Reship:
UPS Standard... Estimated 7 - 10 Business Days $37.34
UPS Worldwide Expedited. Estimated 5 - 7 Business Days $40.50
DHL Express Worldwide... Estimated 2 - 5 Business Days $43.05
UPS Worldwide Saver... Estimated 3 - 5 Business Day $41.33
USPS Priority International... Estimated 7 - 10 Business Days $43.93
Guess the shipping rates went up. No longer affordable for me so I'll be staying away from Reship in future.

I'm re-writing my (originally bad) review of Reship... simply because I've now placed 3 fairly large orders and they have all arrived in great condition, in a decent amount of time. I "consolidated" them all so they opened up my original packages and got rid of excess packaging... then put everything into ONE box, perfectly organized and packed!
Yes the company charges fees for their services (they ARE a business) - but I wouldn't be able to buy these wonderful items online otherwise... so I have to say I'm pleased overall by this company.
It's not their fault that UPS or DHL etc have their own shipping fees. Just take it all into consideration before you decide you "just must have that item".

I have oredered seom good from Tumi. I paid extra to have overnight shipping to speed up the process. After waiting a week, I contact Tumi asking where my pacjages are. I get confirmation that the packages have been signed for days ago. I am now trying to contact Reship for the past week. They have shipping information, tracking numbers, etc etc. No responses provided. I am very much hoping that they will get this resolved today or I feel this will have to become a matter for the federal authroities to investigate as I am wondering if I have actually had a reputable company deal with my stuff or a scam?... I am hoping that we can put all of this down to a misunderstanding and chain of untoruntate circumstances!... to be continued!

I opened my account and was approved... so, I ordered two items from Ebay and sent them to my new address at ReShip. Then within days... my account was closed!
Now, my packages are on the way and they be won't be sent to me overseas. Now they are in limbo.
I called and asked what I needed to do to get my packages and was told I needed to reactivate my account. But to do so ReShip needed a photocopy of credit card (both sides) passport copy, photo ID and a copy of a bill showing my address. A little too much personal information to me. No thanks!
So, I was told by the employee on the phone they could send the packages back to the original seller for free but the I need Pre Paid Return Shipping Labels, which I can't get here in Taiwan.
Then in an email inquiry, Kate (which I have read about in earlier posts) said they will NOT ship them back free. This is not my fault and they wont take responsibility for my shipping fees that I will be losing.
This sure feels like my merchandise is being held hostage. Perhaps it's time to contact my attorney general and the BBB.

UPDATE I: Still no assistance getting my property back!
They approved me, then disapproved me and won't return my package. I'm trying my best to get my property back and now they say after 60 days my property is considered "abandoned" by their representative, Kate.
They are NOT helping me... just sending emails that basically say the same thing.

Reship.com charged me extra for packing after they receive the package. Their excuse was something like: The item have no shipbox or the dimensions changed blah, blah, blah.
But, how come a package send from another state has no shipbox that can be reshipped abroad? It does not stand. Because the item is still in US, I have no control of it at all, it makes me feel my item is kidnapped. I was charge about $80 usd extra than what I riginally paid. Reship.com also refund me through credit card and ask me to pay them again. It costed me another $30usd loss on credit card offshore service fee. So if you need a honest reship service, don't deal with them.

Hi i used reship to forward my shipment but unfortunatly they are very late in replying and no action has been taken. I'm 17, and am in the process of starting up my own small business, so I'm not new to any of the techniques that are used by reship. I'm very knowledgeable on what I'm doing, and I've used package forwarding (and Reship too) services in the past. I came to Reship with the intent of shipping in a few packages a week, and sending them out. I did this with 2 packages on reship, all fine. Little overpriced, but I could deal with that for a trustworthy service.
Fast forward, I receive 2 large packages (Xbox Ones) in 2 days, so this tripped a red flag I suppose for "Fraudulent Activity." They placed my account on hold. I emailed back, and they locked BOTH of my Reship accounts. (I use one to receive a specific set of items, and the other one for a different set, so I don't get them confused). I'm told I'm not allowed to have more than one Reship account, that seems reasonable to me, and I scold myself for not seeing that in the terms. So I send in sufficient documents they request, and I'm told I cannot get it unlocked because I'm 17. This right now instantly angers me. Not only have I proved to them in the past I'm a legitimate customer by sending those 2 packages earlier with no problem, but now there's a stigma from them with being 17? I have permission and supervision from my legal guardians on what I do, so there should be no problem. I had the account created in my name because I have to use my card to ship things out. They told me to get the return labels for refunds for my items sitting in my suite. I cannot do this because of the hassle and the humiliation that would be on my part.
I requested to just have the account owners name changed to one of my guardians. And I've yet to receive a reply from anybody. If they don't allow that, huge problems will be created. Reports to the BBB, this review will be posted everywhere, and much more.
Will keep updating.
I have used Reship to ship 5 consolidated packages to Canada. Everything went smoothly, and I think the pricing is fair for the service. Will continue to use Reship as it gives me access to products not sold in Canada, or overpriced in Canada, or for which excessive duties/brokerage fees are charged.

I previously used reship and consolidated clothes which their service provided was fantastic. I' was new and had no idea how it worked but reship customer service assisted me through the process in a timely manner and goods arrived within 5 days from USA to NZ. I've used reship again to purchase shoes which are over priced in nz. Received email adv shoes arrived and another email confirming goods shipped, eagerly awaiting arrival of goods. Saved over $100. Would certainly use reship again from past experience and especially if my goods arrive.
