I THROW AWAY MY MONEY! SCAMMERS!
I made a mistake... I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. I immediately canseled him (within 5 minutes) unfortunately I do not get my money back. Even if it is a human mistake. I called them a few times but they cannot and will not help me! In addition, you also have to pay a lot of fees after you made your booking! SCAMMERS!
I was tricked into booking at what I thought was the hotel site and immediately saw a $19.99 service charge added, which is non-refundable from the moment you send.\
This company is crooked. DO NOT USE THEM.
Do not use this website to book anything! Their cancellation policy is ridiculous and they do not give you good information. WORST costumer service EVER!
I had made a mistake and booked the wrong weekend for hockey. I contacted Reservations.com explained my problem. I spoke to 2 people and they were able to help me out. Not only did they help me i was informed within 24 hours. I know they said 5-7 business days but I just want to say thank you for getting this expedited so soon. I will be using your service in the near future.

Like many others I thought I was booking on the Hotel's website. They quoted me a totally refundable charge of $250.00 for one night. I became suspicious when they demanded the entire cost upfront and I received the confirmation which seemed inadequate and phony looking. I called the hotel directly and they quoted me a room charge of $160.00 for the same night. They also said they do not require the entire fee upfront. I called Reservations.com to cancel the reservation and they assured me of the refund within 24 hours. I asked if there were any "Hidden" charges and after a lot of probing they admitted a processing charge of $19.99. I Insisted they refund this charge saying I would go directly to my bank and dispute the charge as well as my lawyer. I told them it would be cheaper for THEM to refund the $19.99. I did receive 2 emails cancelling the hotel and refunding the $19.99. Now I will have to wait and see if my credit card reflects this.
Representative booked room incorrectly- should have been a king size with pullout couch for 1 adult and 2 children. Representative booked 1 king for 2 adults. Would not change their mistake. Don't use this site!
I had a personal situation arise which changed my plans. I had to cancel my reservations and they were very understanding. My reservations were cancelled with a full refund. The only negative I have is the website is not user friendly. When I tried to cancel it wasn't easy to navigate. When I called customer service the agent was helpful. I will call in the future rather than try to use the website.
Booked me in the wrong hotel. Tried to call to get it worked out. They were willing to charge me another booking charge and another nights stay to stay at the location I wanted. But refused to refund my money from the original booking or let me speak with a supervisor. I will never use them again and will advise anyone and everyone I meet AND know to NEVER use them!
Booked 3 rooms, realized immediately I had the wrong date. Called within 5 minutes of booking to change the date. I was told no cancellations or changes. I thought I was booking on the hotel chains website, didn't see anything about no changes until I received confirmation via email. At the conclusion of the call I was asked if I wanted to make any other reservations, why in the h*ll would anyone book anything thru these people after an experience like this. These people are crooks.
Called customer support and the submitted to their billing department.
Rejected cancellation with the excuse that they could not reach the hotel owner to cancel the reservation.
Called the hotel owner directly. They were still holding the room. And he doesn't get paid until I check in.
So these scam artists are going to screw me and the hotel owner out of the this booking.
Contact your state's attorney general - this is fraud!
After not being able to find my reservation in the system and being passed around to various numbers, my attempt to cancel the reservation left me with a $20 nonrefundable fee that was never disclosed on booking, be warned
I booked with them under the false pretense that they were with Marriott. They overcharged me by $85 and have refused to refund me the difference. I'm not sure how this company is in business. I have talked with several people and they don't care. I'm filing a report with the FCC and contacting my attorney. Just awful!
I did not know I was even on their site when I made the reservation. It looked just like the hotels website. When I made the reservation there was nothing and I mean nothing stating this was a no refundable reservation. When I saw the charge to my account I called the hotel and they directed me to them. I called and the lady I spoke refused to return my money. She would only give me 127 of the 883 they charged. Which is way more then what the hotel charges. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused to put me through. They steal your money and their costumer service is a joke. Don't use this site it is nothing but a scam to get your money and over charge you!
So they won't refund me my money after they messed up the dates for my booking... plus I cant hear the recording. O yeah not to mention they dont talk very clearly... its sad...
Not only did they charge me an outrageous amount in fees... they charged me the $19.99 service fee twice. Nowhere does it tell you about any of these fees until you have booked! Ridiculous! I wish I could give them less stars!
Did not realize it was not a direct reservation to hotel and no where do they tell you that they will charge you a $19.99 service fee that is non-refundable. It says you can reserve and cancel anytime, but that is not true. They charge your card up front and you have to cancel 48 hours before reservation and they do not give you the $19.99 back. I tried to cancel within 5 minutes of making the reservation and they would not refund it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Within a minute of booking 4 hotel rooms on reservations.com, i needed to cancel them and NO WHERE on the initial page does it say they are NON Refundable. You get a notice that it's non refundable on their confirmation page but by then it' TOO LATE. THEY ALSO DON:: T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATLEY.
Never again will I use them or refer them.
This company is a SCAM. You will be stolen from!
I booked 2 rooms advertised at £52.40 per room (£104.80) They took £165.80 from my card. At No time were you made aware of these charges until after they have taken your money. Why are companies like this allowed to steal from the public?
Charged 19.99 for each booking made. I didn't read the fine print on their website because I was looking at the hotel sites instead. No warning of the creepy nature of this business. Don't use them, go to friendlier booking agencies that charge the hotels finder fees. Hotels need our business and have advertising budgets to spend on us.
I unintentionally made a reservation through this website and called them immediately afterward and told them of my mistake and was told it was nonrefundable. $757 that was immediately charged to my card and they offered to review but no immediate assistance. Informed me of a 7-10 day process.
Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.

Answer: Yes, you were billed. Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. Your company should remove it, send you a new card and assign you a new card number.
