Gary presented himself as being affiliawith Hilton Hotels and specifically the Hilton at the Atlanta Airport. He was with Expedia.com or Reservations.com. We don't need this type of trickery!
I called trying to book a room using a Gymnastics code for a discount. When talking to the lady she made it seem and did say it was cheaper to be in another room with two beds and she told me it was $413 of them it wasn't it was 438 in the king bed was actually cheaper. I asked her why she didn't say oh no the king bed was cheaper but she never did and ended up. I paid more than what I needed to pay. It's very aggravating if your customer service representatives cannot accurately represent the prices of your hotel rooms. Very aggravating.

Horrible telephone connection, but VERY VERY VERY HELPFUL, EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL customer service. Lovely and EASY TO UNDERSTAND voice. I wish I could call this person every time I need to make a hotel reservation!

When I made reservations at 4311 disco drive for a room at the LaQuinta hotel the guy told me they had power before I gave him my card information. Now that I drove all the way over there since my power was out. The hotel didn't have power and I diont have power to go on line to counsel my reservation and when I try to counsel over the phone with the automated system that doesn't work I get told ther is nothing they can do about it!

The agent actually did not give me the best price available. The agent was more focused on getting the advantage for the hotel and not the custom. Ben, that I was a distressed passenger. The airlines due to weather.

I tried to make a reservation on line. After all necessary info was provided & completed. I checked my email there was no confirmation. So I called courtyard directly & I redo the reservation over the phone, then I received confirmation immediately. That's the should be.

Mary was delightful to work with. My situation was somewhat complicated after I cancelled one reservation to get a larger room. Mary helped me get a room in the sister hotel we wanted to accommodate our larger party. She went the extra mile to help us keep costs down with a rollaway. Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
