I wanted to book a Marriot hotel as I am a Bonvoy member. I was in a rush and I googled the hotel name and got a reservation number. I told the person taking the reservation that I wanted to book though Marriot Bonvoy and they led me to believe that they were Marriot Bonvoy, I got to the Hotel 1 hour later and realized the mistake. I called to cancel the reservation but they would not refund the deposit for the entire stay. They committed outright fraud. Never use them.
I asked for 2 queen beds, they gave me a king. I told them 3 people they said 2. They quoted me the price, than charged me 100. More. Now they refuse to give me back my money. Do not use this SCAM website! You will be sorry!

I made a reservation in October 2023 for a weekend in February of 2024. Their company policy is to send the reservation just 1 day in advance, not matter how long ago you make the reservation. They are not genuine, unethical and are a complete scam! DO NOT use them! They will rob you blind!

Told I would get an AARP discount at the registration desk at La Quinta. At LaQuinta told I had to get it at RESERVATION DESK where I booked my stay. Called RESERVATION DESK and told they would not give me the discount. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. MORE EXPENSIVE! You have to pay a service fee of 16$ too. I should have known this but they don't tell you this till you get the email confirmation.

My mistake was thinking that this was the actual hotel I was calling. I made the booking, confirmed everything with Daniel the reservation agent who said hotel transportation was included. I asked him to include that on the confirmation email. Well, he didn't do it and that's when I understood that this was a third party service. When I contacted the hotel directly they said there is a $45 fee for shuttle service. I called Reservation desk back and I have been given the run around. Finally today, almost a month later I called and was told that my refund request was denied. They are insisting that transportation was included because that's what it says in their notes. When I explained that the notes are wrong and I have a receipt from the hotel with the $45 charge, it fell on deaf ears.
The fact is Breathless Rivera Cancun hotel explained that NO third party company can include transportation. The only way to get it is to book with them directly.
I escalated this with Miranda in customer service and she said she will listen to the recorded tapes and get back to me, she never did.
I will never book with them again! My advice to you is call the hotel directly to confirm anything these people tell you before you book with them, or just avoid them all together. Ripoff artists

They make you believe they are the hotel they took me for over $200.00 Monday 1-21-2024 I cancelled today 1-26-2024 They need to be put out of business they charge your card immediately instead of like real hotels who charge you when you check out.

Made a 10 second mistake on dates while booking over the phone, rep would not change it, hung up on me. Had to call back multiple times before finally getting someone who understood mistakes happen & they changed my reservation.

During recent ice storm, hotel lost power. They told us to contact Travelpass for refund since power was out for 12 hours. Was working with them, then started to get run around. Going to get in touch with the legal department on this one for refund. I have the hotel backing me.
I request dates to reserve two hotel room for six nights, and the clerk only book it for one night, after charging my card, and then tell me that the rooms was not available. Why charge my card knowing that upfront that the rooms is not available. Then says we do not give refunds. They charge my card a different price then what he quoted me also. I ask to speak to a manager, and she gave me a run around playing dumb. I will never use that company again.
Think twice before using them. Cheaper is not always better. Service is what counts. I call my credit card company, they are looking into it.

I called and got a rate per night for my stay at Best Western, after leaving I checked my credit card and got charged a different amount every night which was 4 nights and charged $50 more on the last night! Also I someone got ahold of my credit card information and ordered products online 2 days after booking with them, coincedence I wonder.

Made a reservation here specifically because they promised a lower price and no hidden fees.
When I got the confirmation email, not only was the price higher than agreed on the phone, but there as also a large previously undisclosed fee. The overall cost discrepancy was over 30%.
Finally, it took a stressful back and forth on the phone to cancel.

I booked a jacuzzi room and paid 200 dollars. When I got to the hotel there was no jacuzzi rooms available and reservation desk would still charged me for the jacuzzi room when I only got a standard room that would have only cost me 125 dollars. So this company scammed me and I was told by the front desk attendant that this happens all the time with this company. Please don't use them it ruined my night.

When I called them they said they would investigate and then got email saying I would get refund. They refunded everything to me but one nights reservation. I complained that I should not have to pay and night charges and now we go around the mulberry bush. Waiting to see whether I get this back or not. To me they are a scammer. BUYER BEWARE, RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM. The emails sent to me is not clear or concise as to how this will be resollved
First. I did not want to use an outside company but accidentally got Reservation Desk.
Second. The girl that I spoke to was very pushy and did not give me all of the information. There are fees lumped into the tax amount that is not broken down and not explained. She told me I could get a full refund. Also she didn't tell me about the 15.99 charge that was separate and not refundable.
Third. I cancelled the reservation but still haven't received my money back. It indicates 3-10 business days. It took 3 seconds for my card to be charged it is unacceptable that it should take 3-10 business days for a refund. I called to inquire and was told he could not do anything but escalate it. Which I appreciated but that doesn't give my money back. I should have been able to be transferred to someone that has the power to process the credit.
Over all a very disappointing interaction. I will not ever use this booking system again.

We have cancelled as i booked direct with best western and get my points. Buyer beware!
They certainly did not try to identify loudly they were 3rd party. Also they say cancellation refunds may take 7 - 10 days! I am concerned. And you bay 15 dollar booking fee!

I booked a room. Accessible Queen. ( for $40 more than walk-in rate). That is my fault for not checking them out better…. I got reservation on phone and specifically asked for a QUEEN bed.
….and we HOT a queen. They charged for a KING… maybe $20 more…. They would not even consider a refund. Terrible service… will never use again…

We were led to believe that we were making our reservation with the actual hotel not a 3rd party. We were attempting to get a New Years Eve package rate and were told it was not available anymore and that the hotel was almost sold out for that weekend so the only rates available were double the amount that were shown by the hotel for New Year's Eve weekend. Then we were told that parking and breakfast would be included so we should be happy with the rates so we took them.
That was over a month early and the hotel still had the lower rates available when we arrived and wasn't sold out and parking and breakfast was not included it cost $70 a day just for parking. We could not cancel this reservation and book the lower rate either. We tried to discuss the parking but were turned away. Just repeated by someone named Jacob denied denied denied. Travelpass should be denied.
We were redirected to the site and did not notice the change. Booked the reservation and needed to change due to family emergency and these folks charged 83% cancellation change and $16.00 booking fee.
Called customer Service only to find out they were just as bad as the cancellation charge.
Worst site ever and then found out the cost for the room was much greater than booking with the hotel directly

Stay away from this business is total scum.
Massed my hotel reservation and refused to refund my money. They should be liable for the wrong room. I booked a suit and when I arrived at the hotel I found was room.
I had to find another hotel because it took me an hour to get hold of the cancelation department.
And they told me that they are guaranteed to get a refund.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
