Estuve hospedada en agosto 31 2024, por solo una noche y como fue algo repentino no tenía equipaje solo mis compras que eran 2 cajas enormes que dejé en la cajuela de mi coche por la confiabilidad de que estaba hospedada en un ""buen hotel respaldado por Marriot"" eran 206 perfumes de la marca Fraiche y pesaban muchísimo por tal razón ni pensé en bajarlos, estaba estacionada en el garage (sótano) Justonenfrente de los elevadores y de las disque cámaras de seguridad, solo fueron unas cuantas horas de las 9:30 pm a las 8:00! Am, cuando regresé a mi coche la puerta del pasajero estaba dañada y me habían robado todo, di aviso al gerente Cristian Carrillo quien me indicó que tenía que había que hacer un reporte en la delegación y aún con la prisa que yo tenía por regresar a Houston Tx, lo hice como me lo pidió que porque según así el seguro del hotel podía pagar los daños y muy amablemente se ofreció a retirar los cargos de mi hospedaje y ofreció dar cortesía si lo necesitaba en el futuro.
Al mes exacto mi madre tenía una cirugía y le pedí la cortesía (claro con la inseguridad ya no iba a dejar nada en el coche) mas sin embargo con total descaro volvieron a violar y dañar la cerradura del coche de mi madre (costos que tuve que cubrir por segunda ocasión) porque el gerente dijo que el seguro se negó a cubrir los daños y el costo de lo robado $22,000.00 pesos que porque tenían letreros de no dejar pertenencias en el coche. NO LES RECOMIENDO QUE POR NINGUNA MANERA SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE LUGAR, PORQUE NO EXISTE SEGURIDAD ALGUNA Y HAY PERSONAS TRATANDO DE ROBAR SIEMRPE 😡😡😡🥵😡
From the get go, the Reservation staff was rude and pushy, they did NOT listen to our request and canceled our room for a night, when we only inquired on procedure on possibility OF cancelation. The timing in which they would call us back (which seemed odd, because I had never heard of reservationist calling customers back), took too long when my family was standing in the lobby OF the hotel we booked and THEY, RESERVATION DESK had canceled our room. One of reservationist had the audacity to phone my husband back and proceeded to chew him out, over not being patient WHILE we were waiting and a colleague of his handled the situation with ease and a timely manner (which is the ONLY reason for the second star). Overall, this company VERY rude, VERY unprofessional. Front desk at our hotel was accommodating to our situation as well as to the third party.
They will pretend to be the hotel. I asked for a breakdown of the crazy extra charges and the agent refused. I was told that if I needed to cancel, I could do so and receive a FULL REFUND. This is not the case, they will try to steal $17.99 from you and call it a non-refundable service fee. At no time did the agent mention that I would get a partial-refund, she stated FULL REFUND. If this company shows integrity and gives me the FULL REFUND that I was told I would get, I will happily report it here. We will see.

The reservation lied about the distance from the MCO airport. Stated it was walking distance and it was 12 miles away. Highly disappointed at this location and they don't offer a shuttle
I called in March for October reservations and my dad we put in a skilled nursing facility in may I was told not doing well it's only me and him now tried calling them I had to cancel reservations that didn't work all email So I did nothing for 3 days to say no no refund policy I figured penality nothing under any circumstances please call direct don't use 3 rd party ever no refund partial or penality for canc even 5 months out got there with families help screw you reservation desk
I Called during an emergency, a derecho, and wanted to book a hotel with power. The lady quoted me a price, it was too high so I declined. She offered another hotel, which is a nice one in the area. She assured me 7 times I would not be charged any additional money for bringing my dog. SEVEN TIMES on a recorded call. She promised me all I would pay was the $17 booking fee, and the price of the hotel she gave me. She assured me the hotel was pet friendly, and my pet was on my reservation and no additional charge would occur. So I accepted. I checked in, the hotel was fine, nothing special. The next day, I noticed I was charged $125 for my dog! I've been in the phone for 6 hours now trying to rectify this. The booking she gave me. She spelled my last name wrong, she put my phone number in one number off, my email wrong, gave me the wrong confirmation number, etc. This is fraud! This woman put my details all in wrong so I would not be able to track her down or get this fixed. Call after call and no refund yet. Now I have to wait for their "recorded call department" to look into this.It would take 10-15 minutes to review the call, and fix their mistake. I have to wait 2-7 business days after spending 6 plus hours trying to figure it all out (what the charge was for, who charged it). I called so many numbers because they kept telling me to call another place, every single call I made bug this last one who said they opened a ticket. This was fraud, this booking agent deceptively booked this, put in everything just slightly incorrect in order to get her sales commission.

I travel for a living. I have NEVER stayed somewhere where they act innocent when they change your rate mid-stay. Upon checkout this was noticed, and I was told that a credit would be issued and sorry for the mistake. Well, guess what? THAT WAS A LIE. Now they have all these excuses for not correcting the over charge and NOW they say the manager I talked to no longer works there AND they that have a new system (always the reason) and that they can no longer give a refund. WOW! Just WOW! This is purely unacceptable and basically stealing.

I called what I thought was the hotel and during the call verified with the rep I was speaking to the hotel. I questioned why the rate was high as booking.com was cheaper than what he was offering me. I asked for a late check out on the 17th to which I was told twice there would be no problem. When we got to the hotel, the only thing they had was my reservation and a name. They had none of my personal information that I gave to the person on the phone. I saw what the hotel had listed as my price which was much cheaper. I call reservation desk to file a complaint. Had to email when I didn't hear back from them. The person proceeds to write back the hotel wasn't willing to refund me. Why should the hotel refund me, they didn't charge me the price this company did nor did the hotel do anything wrong. I asked that my issue be escalated and have not heard back from them. Awful customer service. Total misrepresenting who you are talking to.

Stay far away from this horrible company! They should be shut down immediately. When making a booking online, I was told the hotel had free extended parking and an airport shuttle. Immediately after booking, I called the hotel to confirm the time for the airport shuttle and was informed they had neither. I called Reservation Desk immediately to cancel and was told my booking was non-refundable even though their agent gave me the WRONG INFORMATION! I have called them at least 20 times, emailed, filled out contact forms and each time I either get ignored or told they will call me back, or it takes 5-7 days to look into it... it's been almost a month now and I've heard nothing. Horrible, they need to be shut down! I will not be staying quiet about this experience. Companies need to be held responsible!

On April 8th I looked up to make a hotel reservation for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa I was told by the agent that he was a reservation agent for the Hotel itself, he blatantly LIED to me, because the day we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we never made the reservation directly with Expedia. We did not such thing. Also the he assured us that we were getting a handicap room for my 86 year old husband, which we did not. My husband almost fell off the toilet seat because of this. Now another thing we were charged $88.98 for taxes and fees; of which I asked to explain what this meant and no one could give me an answer. I am so disappointed and upset with the outright lies of the agent who made this reservation for my husband, myself and our son. We spent almost $500 for a two night stay in a very uncomfortable room, especially for my elderly husband. What a rip off. I do not recommend this site for anyone. Don't waste your money. Very annoyed and unhappy experience. Customer.

THIS SITE PIRATED MY BEST WESTERN RESERVATION SITE... GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL...
I GOT AN AGENT WHO DID NOT IDENTIFY THE SITE AS A "THIRD PARTY BOOKER'. I ARRIVED AT MY HOTEL, AND THE DESK CLERK WAS PISSED THAT I BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY.

I book a hotel and they know its full. No worries they send a confirmation for another hotel I didnt book. I call back ten minutes later because I wouldnt and didnt stay there if it was free. They say they cant refund my money but will call me back in twenty. I call back in 40 and they tell me they will call me in twenty again. I call back in another 40 minutes and they say they will get back to me in 24 hours. 30 hours later I call back and they say it can take 5-7 days. I call back 8th day and they say they have to get in touch with the hotel they tried to scam us into in the first place. Why they arent the scammers? And it will take another 5-7 days. Your getting the picture right. These people are honestly the worst crooks Ive come across in 64 years of living and thats saying something. They will steal your money, run you around endlessly instead of doing the right thing and fixing their mistake. I dont write negative reviews lightly but these folks deserve nothing but the worst. Im just getting started.

Due to weather I was not able to fly into Chicago. They refused to refund me or a credit card. I would have been satisfied with partial refund. This was truly out of my hands! I will never ever book with them! They also refunded me $17.00!

The website makes it appear you are booking with the hotel directly, but if for some legitimate reason you have to cancel your reservation at the last minute, they take you to the cleaners. They charged me a $1984. 48 penalty (yes, that's $1984. 48!) on a bill of $2371. 49. Called to complain, there was nothing they could (or were willing to) do! Totally scam! F-

Reservation Desk definitely hired a PR firm to write positive reviews, because they scammed my elderly father. I spend about 45 minutes on the phone with him and a woman from Reservation Desk while my dad very meticulously told her what he wanted and where he wanted to stay. She read off the reservation details. I interjected to make sure the dates and location were correct before he read off his credit card info. She read off the address for the location he wanted to stay MULTIPLE times. Fast forward to reviewing the confirmation email and it is at a 2 star, trash hotel no where near where he wanted to stay with an address that is completely different than the one she confirmed with me. Shame on Reservation Desk and the POS that wasted 45 minutes of my life while they scammed my dad. I implore them to listen back to the recording of the conversation.

Absolutely 100% do not go through this company. If you feel like throwing away $80 on nothing then do it. They charge you for a service that absolutely sucks and leaves you almost stranded at the front desk of the hotel that you're in. Absolutely disgusting, they will not take any accountability, and they 100% lie about the actual cost. 100% TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MINUTES AND FIND THE HOTEL THAT YOU WANT TO STAY AT AND BOOK IT YOURSELF, AND THEY ALSO DO NOT OFFER LOW PRICES. 100% a scam. Do not use this company. When I arrived at my hotel there were 2 bookings under my name, not sure why. The hotel offered to accommodate me and cancel one of the rooms even though it's non refundable. Then reservation desk continued to say that the hotel was denying returning me my money. They refused to call the hotel or they would say the hotel was not available. How is the hotel not available when I could call them directly with little to no wait. Total fraud, refused to do anything to even look into the problem. All over $300. No concern for the customer experience at all. Will be more careful going forward when I notice I'm not booking from the actual hotel.

I would never use this company again - they were unable to flex my dates and allow me to cancel. Cancelling an existing reservation does not reimburse the charged rates + fees. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.

Let's start with the good. The hotel is priced okay. The location of the hotel makes N.O. Walkable. The room was spacious. NOW, let's talk about the bad! Parking, $45 a day for valet parking * if you ask about free parking * they tell you, well use our service... OR park at your own risk! The hotel is not clean, and trash is EVERYWHERE... It shows the hotel is smoke-free... I call BS on this! The seating area, people sitting there smoking all the time, standing in front of the entrance smoking. People standing in front of the breakfast area SMOKING. Vaping while standing in line for breakfast food. OH, i hope you enjoy the smell of weed. We tried to enjoy the outdoor fire pit twice, each time teens were out there rolling weed and smoking. When we complained, the front desk ignored us. If you are traveling with children, book somewhere else! My son and I flew in from Michigan for this trip, sadly we couldn't enjoy what we paid for. Our total bill was $394 more than what we were told, because of the valet

Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer.
